Woops SADAR Just broke the server

Bug Description: Smoke from the SADAR went everywhere, and lagged the server to a halt.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Fire SADAR
2. ???
3. Smoke EVERYWHERE
Commander Application [Accepted] - Predator Application[Eventually] Aestel 'Rose' Wellick
Elite Empress
Ancient Hunter
