Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I was the ro, and the round was enjoyably hectic. All major squads had big complicates orders, which is always an interesting challenge, both time and point wise, to fulfill. To keep the cargo team motivated, we built a 'tiki lodge' to relax in between orders. An mp came in and saw this but decided to let it slide when we explained the purpose. A little while later, the WO, and several other mps arrived, saw the lodge, and told us to tear it down or they would brig the entire team. After a bit of back and forth, I told them we would deconstruct it after we had finished with our order (for charlie squad) which was time critical. This wasn't good enough apprently, so the entire cargo team was arrested. I got 60 mins in the brig, narrowly escaping perma. The one ct's got 40? 50? mins, and one got perma brigged, becuase he had a boot knife on him.

After waiting up my time, I shot and killed myself in the brig when i was released, however this was obviously against the rules, and i should have known better. All i can say was, at the time, i was tired, and had had my round (and the other ct's) rounds, and the good morale and supply chain and rp we had ruined over what is a relatively minor issue. Also, I was acting out because i was not adjusted to the mps rule change, and to be fair mps were a bit excessive at that moment in time as well. Everything has calmed down now.

I don't have much to add to this at the moment except that committing suicide just after getting out of the permabrig in such an important role is a terrible idea. You were tired so I can understand you had a lapse in judgement, but if you were tired why did you take that role in the first place?

Ah. I was not tired when i took up the role, but by the time I was about to be released from the brig (over an hour later) I was. I wouldn't take an important role if i thought i might fall asleep on the job (literally!)

I'm not sure about this. I mean, it's been a few months but immediately before your "protect suicide" you were banned for killing a bunch of marines, even if it was during a mutiny (I don't think they note would be there, if it had reached the "killing" stage).

Fair enough. As far as I recall, this was during a very violent mutiny and i was a mp. This was outside the CIC where a very large group had gathered, and command were yelling for help. Shots were fired down the hallway I was in, and i responded by throwing a flashbang and shooting two prone people with a shotgun. Soon after, i was murdered by other marines.

I had no way of knowing at the time that of the two large groups of people outside the CIC, one was a group of mutineers, and one was a (much smaller) group of loyalists. I accidentally killed 2 of the loyalists before being killed myself.
