Description of the incident:
Dirk wanted to put a turret on the shuttle where a marine currently was. Instead of asking them to move he said "Fucking really?" and punched them. I pushed him a few times and then he shot me in the face with AP. Someone else punched him and he shot them too.

Shortly after this we dropped into a hot LZ, then we took off. He was arrested on returning, and was going to be executed. However, because of miscommunication between MPs, his execution was delayed, and he was released when aliens boarded.

I posted this because I don't know if he was banned, I asked a staff member but they didn't know either.

A trial moderator was supposed to of handled this, since I had to look into a situation regarding him and since we can't handle situations regarding ourselves.

Was there that round as the CL. Sorry we could not bring justice by executing him, but that round was a clusterfuck with us having no command really leading the marines.

To me this all felt like an IC issue that was going to be dealt with by having him executed, but was cut short by aliens.

The PO did over react and act childish by these logs, but he might've been stressed as this whole round had little to no leadership for most of it.
