I should have adminhelped before I logged off (I got myself stuck in the medsci armory and couldn't open the shutter).

We take logging off/suicide pretty seriously. You should read rules, and ignorance isn't an excuse. You got banned yesterday, so unsure if you'll even be unbanned so soon. Next time, yes, make sure to cryo. If it's an emergency, ahelp and explain and we will understand.

I was looking for the CMO as some weird stuff was going on in medical and they REALLY needed a department head. I wanted to get the CMO involved. I was really surprised to find you in the locker SSD. It's a shame because without the CMO RP kind of fizzled out.

How did you even get stuck in the armoury?
