Your appeal, including evidence:The CT and Bravo spec were being mean to me refusing my attachments and leaving racists remarks for meta reasons so I took his gun and threw it in the trash, then cryoed I didn't know that was bannable.

Just for clarification you field stripped their weapons, hid each set of attachments in two separate disposal bins as well as a backpack of grenades.

Yes I took his gun and in fact I did field strip it and thew his bag and attachments into the trash, he was being very rude and racist towards me and I stole his gear in the heat of the moment.

I don't start fights but others provoke them from me and this is what we have here and I only being banned.

As notes are standard procedure I was told they aren't necessarily bad and require context to make sense, without any explanation all of this is just weakly document conjecture.

Well, I'm very sorry to inform you that all your notes besides being exceptionally bad, have a context and can be understood and interpreted by staff members.

Notes are not necessarily bad. From time to time we leave positive notes on certain player accounts if we think they deserve it. As you can see, this is not your case, since your note-history is only filled with notes and explanations related to your infractions. You should now wait until your appeal is processed by headstaff, since the logs that were made available allow them to analyze the situation that has resulted in your ban and approve or not your appeal.

Remark: Your appeal describes that the ban you took is permanent, but it is actually temporary.

As you can see I did retaliate but I did it maybe excessive, so I apologize.
at times one can be too vindictive and it will have consequences.

From here on I will try to change my type of gameplay so it would lead to less conflict, as you can see from my notes I have be less than approved of I hope to change that in the future with the next chance I get, sorry once again.
