Public indencency: Hooligalism or improper uniform
Eluding: resisting arrest
Battery: Assault or assault with deadly weapon (depends on context)
Slander: nothing severe here, but could be disordely conduct
False accusations: self explanatory.
Conspiracy/espionage: terrorist colab anyway. It is applied two in one.
Assault of MP: You could just add another count of assault.
Grand lacerny-grad theft: its theft really.
Sabotage: terrorist colab.
Attempted murder: either murder or assault with deadly weapon, really. Whatever the CMP thinks best.
incoming double post
1: There's a difference. Eluding would be outrunning them for a large amount of time and hiding to the point they loose you.
2: There's still an ultimate difference between battery and assault. Battery isn't as serious. It's more to give a light punishment for small marine brawls.
3: The same thing, it just sounds better.
4: It's a more severe charge, but makes sense.
5: There's a difference between theft and grand theft/larceny.
6: Sabotage: Any marine can sabotage something, doesn't mean the motive was purely a terrorist collaboration with the UPP, CLF, ecetra.
