Ancient T3 thread

I kinda wanted to make a thread to see how many people have actually achieved ancient T3.

Rules for qualifying:
Normal round (not purge or some shit)
Not admin-bus (because ... well ... DUH)


I'll start with Ancient Praetorian (902), a normal LV round that turned sour, and had lots of queens dying, and I survived the whole round. Enough time to get me to ancient prae.

If the queens are always evolving and then immediately charging into the battle line full of marines with no support and no plasma, then that's their fate, this happened around 3 times.

And I become ancient prae near the END of the round, like 10 minutes before the end, and we were on almayer, I was prae on ground, most of the time young when those queens died.


Plus that's not the point, I was just wondering if anyone had gotten to Ancient T3 LEGITLY.

Got most T1 ancients already and partly t2

Got ancient Pretorian at least 4 times,Ancient Queen at least 2 times.It's easier to become Ancient Empress than Any ancient t3 by the way because you beging evolving sooner.Though the reason why i got more Ancient Pretorian than Ancient Queen is because i don't get Queen that much often.I will never achive Ravager,Boiler or Crusher Tier 3 because it's just not my playstyle,I pretty much don't play runner caste at all.

Been ancient prae, crusher, empress and boiler. Ancient prae is pretty underwhelming to be honest.

Ancient Drone/Senti for the win. Typically how I usually end my rounds when I don't get merc'd early on.

Got ancient boiler once and just kept nuking the marines on big red, eventually died to some nerd duel wielding 2 rifles and the runners not pouncing on him once we got the the alamyer

I think my fav ancient to play is ancient spitter. Run up to a squad, stun them all, laugh as the other xenos (hopefully) rip their limbs off.

I recently managed to get Ancient Hivelord. However the server was on highpop, just 2 hours before midnight and was dying ever so slightly. The Ancient Hivelord's upgrade chat log was something along the lines of "A Grand builder of Walls, now to ensure someone will pay for them." or something along those lines. God I had a screenshot just dunno where the fuck it was. I thoroughly enjoyed it, till I got tired of the stalemate and ghosted. RIP

I got ancient ravager once upon a time, don't think I actually got to kill anybody after that though because we were on the sulaco and the runners were picking off the stragglers.
