Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I want to start off the appeal by apologizing for what I did at the time with Skycave1. Me and Him Occasionally did a dumb 'meme' like playing baldies on purpose and was a general bad influence. At the time I played the game semi-seriously, mostly because I was feeling burned out on CM and was losing interest to play seriously and I didn't feel like taking a break. Skycave, who complained about CM to me most of the time thought it would be funny if me and him tried to act as Chads from the image of "Virgin Marine" and "Chad Operator". Since I was bored I agreed to do it, and it ended up being a terrible Idea. We started playing and going around being annoying assholes while flexing and complementing each other constantly. He ended up dying and I went up to get my bones fixed when I met a third guy in medbay, Named Chad 'Alpha' Mail. I thought it was hilarious at the time due to only me and Skycave agreeing to be Chads and ended up finding a 3rd guy who wasn't even with us. So after me fucking around in medbay with the 3rd Chad whom I had no actual correlation with other than also playing a 'Chad' Character, I got PM'ed by Kalvo saying that I was going to be banned for Metacomming. Me and Skycave were in a voice when we did it, though the third guy was not. We both got a 7-Day banned, which turned to a perma after the 7 days. Skycave thought it was funny, and since he already hated CM, he didn't care about getting banned over it. Though this was my first ban I received over my time playing CM so it really hit me over. After a month or so after the perma I got in a fight with Skycave over the ban. I ended up stop talking to him all together since he really wasn't anything but trouble and got me to do dumb shit with him. Its been about 6-ish Months I think and over that time I had a good break from CM and had a change in attitude. I'd like to return a better player and no longer do dumb shit that will ruin other players experience and take the game seriously once again. Sorry for the problems I caused.

This wasn't your first time breaking the name rule, and I believe part of the reason we came down so hard was you were violating the server rules and had actually been a staff member in the best. You should have known the consequences of fuckery, especially with someone like Skycave who literally has past permabans.

Yea I fucked up, should have held myself a higher standard with the rules and all together not do them with Skcave. Sky wasn't always 'I hate this game hope it dies' kinda deal and when he (Rarely) played the game seriously, he was a good character in CM to interact. Its a bit sad to see how he went from supporting CM to hating it, used to be a good friend. Though he always did have a toxic attitude over things. About The staff thing.. I guess after awhile of playing over the months/years I forgot that I needed to act better being a former staff member, and ended up trying to do stupid shit to get a laugh. But If I get the chance i'm going to show that i'm not going to be a idiot and do dumb shit for entertainment and will show improvement as someone who was former staff. With the naming problems, I tried not to go overboard most of the time, but things I know like Nico Nii and and Chad Dickinson were too far and I am sorry for doing that shit. The Jerry Smith one I had no idea at the time and was just aiming for a really average as possible name.

Sham is one of the few people that I think actually deserves a second chance, from the few times I saw him on the server he generally seemed to be all-around decent player, and I don't really think it's fair that skycave, (who was known to hate CM with a passion) should be able to drag him down with him, also you can see in the appeal he seems to be genuinely remorseful for his actions even admitting he has fucked up and has cut ties with sky over this incident, but then again he was a staff member and should have known better, either way, I think he deserves a second chance.

I think he should be unbanned but should definitely be on a probational period, no fuckups with the naming rule and no metacomm or anything similar. I'm all for second chances of people who are willing to reform and admit what they did was wrong.

I can't say I've ever seen this person or knew them as a staff. That said, what NoShamNoWow did was pretty stupid, and really should have known better being they were on the staff team at one point. I don't have any personal bias to the person, as I never knew them, but I feel the perma could be lifted to be given a second chance to play on the server. We all do stupid things at one point or another and I feel we can give him a second shot to play, as it's not we're putting him back on the staff team. As always, NoSham is gonna be expected to make sure he follows the rules to the best of his abilities or risk the prema being reinstated.

I'm gonna come out and say that I believe Sham should be unbanned as they were previously a good mentor and player, though saying that you dun donk pocketed yourself by going along with skycaves cm escapades. In other words I honestly think Sham, that you'll be like your old self again as you aren't with skycave anymore. I just hope that I'm right.
