Description of the incident:So what happens is this marine (name unknown) shoots into DS1 and ends up hitting me once or twice, so i shoot him back (bad decision) and then i start to go where we're designated to, but then "Jester" shoots me twice, so i go eye for an eye and shoot him twice. Then i go to defend DS1 from aliens when he comes to proceed and shoot another marine and kill me instead of fighting against the aliens to protect DS. ("Jester" was a CDR."

How you would punish the accused:Just a talk and maybe put it on his record, and tell him to avoid doing such things and justifying it as "field execution", because I know i messed up there too, but execution in field is over the top after you shoot a marine who had no involvement in it and then proceed to kill a marine (me) instead of fighting xeno's.

That sums it up right there, I was SO, I saw it go down on the security cams. Even here you admit to firing back against what was clearly an accident. Should be lucky you walked away with a BE and not a ban.

I was considering reporting you VIA ahelp but decided to field execute you, after watching you shoot up a marine who accidentally shot you while killing an alien.

From an OOC perspective Shooting someone maliciously because of obvious accidental friendly fire is a dickmove. (And against the rules)

So yeah, you proceeded to attempt to murder another marine infront of the Commander, during a impromto mass evacuation which was a shitshow due to no comms, while aliens were attacking the ship.


TLDR: You broke the rules, did low RP, attempting to kill another marine and you were killed for it.

Okay yes I understand I made a mistake, but the guy was shooting into the DS and out of salt i shot him once. You field executed me while we were running back to the DS, and you also shot a marine who was fighting a xeno in your attempt to execute me. I would understand the execution if we were doing anything but leaving, and you could have arrested me and taken me to the MP’s instead of executing me when im only 15 minutes in. You should be less harsh with your punishments, look at it from my POV: I get 15 minutes to 20 minutes in, ready to fight planetside, then get shot by a marine who shot IN the DS. Again, yes i broke the law but when we’re less than 5 minutes from coming back to the station and you can arrest instead of executing, then there is no real reason to execute. Just a suggestion.

You attempted to murder someone for accidental friendly fire while they fought an alien. I can see why you were salty about being FFed but it doesn't justify your response.

I would of executed you regardless. I'm not going to try arrest you midevac while fighting to save my men, before executing you on the ship.

As I said before, you got off lightly with a field execution.
