Used to play Paradise before but now i dont

Are you now or have you been banned on any servers? Which ones?
I have been banned on paradise and CM before. This was due to my foolishness and my stubborness to not ahelp whenever trying to do something questionable. I hope that this will not affect me.

Reason for ban (If you have a Permaban, it should be the EXACT MESSAGE YOU GET WHEN YOU LOGIN with the Error code that looks like this: X##XXX##. If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned):Arrested the Commander who BE'd a SO, As for smartgunner it was probably because i was AFK in FOB without telling anyone.

I was foolish for trying to arrest the Commandeer after a BE. I had not properly read marine law pertaining to BE's and i was foolish for that. I hope that i will be given a second chance to clean up my act and perform better as a CMP or MP. As for the Smartgunner. I believe it was because i was afk without SSD for 15ish minutes in the FOB. I have been really new that time and never thought to ahelp. I also hope i will be given a second chance as a Smartgunner

Yesterday as an XO, you were giving briefing in the conference room to a select few attendees. One of them was a smartgunner who took your megaphone and tried to flush it down disposals. You flashed them, then cuffed them to a chair without telling the two MPs on duty that you were doing this, so when I came there I had to arrest you for ten minutes for it, which you took gracefully without resistance.

I'm not sure if that's a violation of the "don't enforce marine law" rule, or pertains to your ability to play as an MP, so I'm just throwing this out here as character evidence.

I understand.. However I would really want to have a second chance as the mp and cmp related notes were during when I was new in CM and did not understand the rules and Space Law completely.. However I would still like the smartgunner lift if possible
