Just a PSA to people who haven't played paradox games with this many people before. For each additional person in the game, the probability of issues occurring pretty much exponentially increases.

It's critical that everybody in game have a decent computer and a good internet connection. Meaning ahead of time whoever is hosting should say where they are in the world. Since they're most likely somewhere in the USA, people playing from places like Australia, Asia, or even in Europe may want to sit out just because one person with a bad connection will ruin it for everybody.

Also I work when it starts so q_q

The problem is that one person with a bad connection will drag down everybody else. The way paradox (and lots of other grand strategy games work) games work in multiplayer is that it has to keep very closely synced since there's so much going on. If one person has a slow computer or a bad connection it will slow the game down to the lowest speed and outright pause it.
