Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): To be honest, the ban was justified for the duration it was itnitially applied for: which was 604800 seconds (1 week); and weirdly, after trying to log into CM after waiting the 7 day period, I was permabanned. I don't know if this was intentional or not, so I am appealing anyway.

Onto how the ban was placed: I was sitting on my ass stationed in Nexus while some dude threw me a labeler and said: "Fuck around with this" and walked off. So of course I fucked with it. I tried foolishly to Label other people as "super duper gay" But I'm not robust enough to even know you couldn't do it, So I escalated with my shitdigginess and labeled everything random shit: "Nazi"; "Communist"; "Michael Jackson was never black"; "A meme", and finally: "Cum stained" I thought I was funny as fuck.

After about 30 minutes Apop came in and asked me about it, I told him I was trying to be a funny douchebag, He replied that this is permabannable and I questioned if there was any change to the rules (I actually thought that it didn't apply to ERP), he reminded me of the ERP rule and I felt immediately like a fucking idiot. I was promptly banned for 7 days... Until today, which the ban was extended(?) to a full-time Permaban, and I do not know if this is intentional or not.

In short, Sorry for being an autistic cunt, I'll skip my ass to the rules from now on after taking a break from CM.

EDIT: I do not have the ban notes for before the permaban change(?), but I do remember the ban notes being widely different.

ERP and Content of a sexual nature is nearly always extended to permabans. Someone will pull your notes shortly.

Oh yeah, I remember this now.
The ban note, and the Permaban note would be exactly the same. I literally copy-pasted the reason when I applied them.

Yes. An in-game ban note is applied. And then I apply the ban by hand on the Remote server, giving a note only visible to the Ban files.

First of all, that is really fucking tedious. But judging that this is BYOND, I guess that is normal.

As for the appeal, however, I personally think that a permaban might be a little too long of a ban, and albeit I did read the rules and I did (however ignorantly) be a stupid shit with the labeler. I think personally that how mediocre the offense was, honestly deserves a shorter ban time, and I am okay with ~1-3 month ban from here on out instead of: cough forever cough

But in the end, it's your call.

The ERP rule is a very serious one. Being we are not an 18+ server, doing things that cross this line is something we have to enforce by US Law. The same reason you can't do that kind of stuff on almost any other website/game is the same reason you can't do it here.
