Description of the incident: I was playing as a Researcher when me and a collegue found two cells with Xeno eggs in the cells. Me and my collegue spoke with the Liason and we proposed to put a monkey in the first cell, we did. Eventually my collegue spoke with the CMO and said she would report us if we did anything illegal. We had been in the process of growing xenos. We proposed a solution to this. We were going to abduct her and test on her. I ahelped and was met with a /MENTOR/ response. The mentor said if we are doing that without consent we are treading on "dangerous ground" not sure if he meant that IC or OOC. I proceeded to do it and right after a Moderator PM'd me asking why I went against staff orders when I never did. I responded and he told me to take it out of her and release her or else I'd be banned. I asked them a question and so and then I proceeded to type for at least a minute. He banned me while I was typing and I was going to comply and follow staff orders and make a report, as it says in the rules. This ban was completely unwarranted and not investigated whatsoever. They asked me to ask for OOC consent, strictly when LOOC was muted...how silly is that. The person who I injected was a mentor and complained to the Mod most likely and got me banned.

His reply. Says I was told but I never was strictly told. Plus, LOOC was muted. I couldn't make any sort of consent. I am pretty sure he was the one who muted LOOC too, being the only Mod on at the time.

I attempted to speak in LOOC and did so earlier but was muted. I then was also accused of ID theft but we just took it so she couldn't open any doors. We did not use it to open doors. That is ID theft, we left it in the corner. The person could speak in LOOC because they are staff, we couldn't.
Ban threat comes into place.
I've had situations where I have been punished by a person afflicted by my "rulebreakings" ingame and the staff member took action, so I wanted to make sure.
I ask why and then shortly after I get banned. I was going to comply but wanted clarification.
I would also like to point out that I was complying and going to follow orders but was banned while typing. The person in question who I abducted also was a staff member and the moment I hypospray'd them with sedatives they already had a cry for help from MP's waiting. So.
How you would punish the accused: I really don't care but he's a bad moderator, no offense dude.
