It's sort of like trying to bring back the 80s with Synths. Lots of songs sound like they come straight out of a Sega Genesis game. Here's the most popular song from the genre. It was in the movie 'Drive'

Not sure if anybody plays on other servers, but if you ever join up as a shaft miner, there's a collection of Dwarf Fortress-esque songs that really set the mood. Usually blast these away while I'm hauling in huge numbers of ores for the research and engineering departments.

Aux cables really only started becoming standard inclusions in cars like within the past 10-15 years. Unfortunately mine falls right outside that range.
