A friend of mine (Nezara) has been hit with the same ban. As you can probably see by my notes, I don't have a negative history with this server and I'm unsure as to why I've received this ban. I believe this is an automated ban based on a previous (Now resolved) Wineskin Mac ban that had been taken care of a couple months prior, but I can't be sure. I understand Apophis is working on some multikey detection system which has allegedly caused this ban, and I understand that this will take quite some time. In the meantime, is there any chance that my account could please be granted a temporary exception, or anything else that would allow me to play Colonial Marines while the issue is resolved? Thank you!
