I mean, Command and Maintenance staff are already use Naval ranks, makes sense for the medics to use them too.

Seriously though, not opposed. Not supportive. On one hand the fluff RP of it is interesting while on the other hand the term may be more confusing. Then again... marines adapt.
We've certainly seen that in the last updates.
