Do you understand that any player - even donors or staff members - can have their whitelist status revoked should they break our Server Rules or Roleplay Guidelines?
Of Course, if you can't abide with the rules of the whitelisted role, why should they let you keep it?
Do you understand how the Battlefield Execution functions?
Yes. It must be used sparingly, have an RP explanation for the BE, they are a threat to the operation, and if only there is no other way of a planned execution. This relates to admin rule 0, You can do it, but should not. For if you do, you are exposed to the consequences of your actions, and can have your whitelist status remoked, banned, and finally, you have made a new enemy for no reason.
Do you understand you are not above Marine law, or allowed to enforce it yourself?
I play CMP/MP most of my time. I know that the CMP is inside and outside of marine law, but not the CO. I can issue him to arrest someone, but cannot command him to not arrest me/a friend(stated in marine law, wiki/Marine_Law).
I also understand that I am in charge of the operation, not a minor crime of a marine, and should not be worrying about the small crimes of the marines or low staff.
What do you think is the job of a Commander?
I believe the job of the CO is to coordinate with his XO and SOs to make a reliable plan of action, as they are part of command, and should be trusted, and are 2/3rd in charge of the Almayer, therefore, - should - be able to take control of the ship at any time, with no brief needed, because they should've been listening and overwatching the OP it self.
If a member of your staff is disobeying orders, how would you handle it?
First off, if it is one of my SOs, XO, or head of departments, and it is a medium to major command, I would have them demoted. I never would have a non-suit officer/head in my ship that can't follow orders. I would give them a chance to suggest there part of the story, if sarcastic or rude during my offer, I will send them straight to the brig with an officer charge and insubordination charge applied to him. The officer charge will double their time in brig(See marine law above). They should not be trusted to run the OP/ departments, for each department plays an important role on the ship, and I can not have one rotten apple screw up the a majot department in my ship.
Why should you be whitelisted?
I believe I should be whitelisted because we do not have enough Commanders that share both a relaxed + serious mix of personality. I would like to see more of this type of COs popping up after they see this application, and have more people influenced after they see me in-game. I think that I should be whitelisted because the marines only know one type of CO... a CO that just wants to tell marines where to go and what to do, and not thinking of them in general. I wish to do a route a little of the road. Whilst , I will pay more attention looking over departments, making friendly-but-serious announcements, switch with the XO to give him some commander time, while I am dealing with another situation on the ship(So I can give him time to aCO a bit, to get ready for the big application he is bound to do later).
All in all, I think you should whitelist me because we need more well balanced COs, and to not immediately head down to the planet to use your shiny, new smartgun, while keeping the other players in mind, to create a good, friendly, serious environment to the round.

To be fair, seen you as a XO and SO sometimes, and I give a big middle finger to you because sometimes you do better than me, but that's all about the competition. You deserve it, I will surpass you! +1

Re: Lukey's CO application
While your App is very standard if not hard to read I'm sure most people would give you a +1, but based on a recent experience I had with you as an MP I can't say I know if you're ready to command.

Re: Lukey's CO application
I'm gonna agree with this to a certain extent, while I've seen you around a decent bit, I feel like you aren't mature enough for commander based off some recent experiences. -1 from me.Robotic Potato wrote: ↑21 Jan 2018, 22:44While your App is very standard if not hard to read I'm sure most people would give you a +1, but based on a recent experience I had with you as an MP I can't say I know if you're ready to command.

Re: Lukey's CO application
I am going to -1 this based on the fact that you are immature. Same with Donable.

The reason I arrested you was for insub.Robotic Potato wrote: ↑21 Jan 2018, 22:44While your App is very standard if not hard to read I'm sure most people would give you a +1, but based on a recent experience I had with you as an MP I can't say I know if you're ready to command.

I know it was not the best decision, and I regret it.
I am sorry if I made any conflictions between us.
I know I am gonna get some stuff based on my MP standards, but there was all tge stuff going on, the XML dying from a marine being pushed, a mutiny stirring up, and a suspected 'brawl' with the MRs and marines.
Again, I am sorry for putting you off as a standard marine, and not a player.

Re: Lukey's CO application
While I appreciate the apology though my opinion hasn't changed, I didn't simply -1 because I'm upset, there's no bad will between us but because of poor MP play. I'll keep any eye on you if I see you acting a bit more mature and some better play I may change my vote.Lukey111 wrote: ↑22 Jan 2018, 08:18The reason I arrested you was for insub.

Re: Lukey's CO application
As a XO and SO, great job everytime : solid leadership skills and RP.
I am just a little bit worried about playing most of the time as a CMP, it makes you more acting by the rulebook than the roleplay.
For example : the BE, you state the rule and marine law, but you do not explain the RP outcome that can result from a BE (mutiny, morale, etc.)
This is just my warning flag, probably a useless flag, according to the good experience I had under your Command when you're XO or SO.
+1.

I pretty much agree with this, I think you're fully capable of being a CO however I'd prefer to give you some more time to mature.
