Stricter enforcement on Round-Start shenanigans

Friendly advance warning that the Mods/Admins will be enforcing round-start bullshit far more strictly.

Things such as;

Disarm Spamming during Briefing/Shuttles/Cargo will not be tolerated.
Punching
Slipping
Item theft, stealing shoes, removing gear, etc.


Due to our player population things quickly spiral out of control and it causes additional problems.

If you see someone being a general pain, or purposely causing grief at round-start.... Please ahelp it.
