Sadly I dont have any evidence other than my own word. I can only hope is enough.
Yesterday I was banned to play as an MP because I decided to desert the department and release prisones who to my belief where put there wrongly.
What happen was at the start of the round I found out that the CMP Maxim something something, was completly unable to do the job an so were the other MP's.
To false accusations and false imprisionment but most important neglecting their own duty.
This led to not only almost a riot (which I prevented) but to mutiny.
I tried to reason with CMP but he "was tired" or "sad", I discussed to the CL about the possibility of a new employment as personal security and told the CO to contact to send HC a complaint and the termination of my contract.
Thus I decided to desert, I didnt do anything crazy like going to the planet. I simply released two prisoners who to my belief didnt supposed to be arrest no more than 5 minutes.

As an MP, you're expected to know Marine Law and under that, it says you can't just be like, "I'm not an official MP anymore." Play on the server a reasonable amount the next 30 days without getting and damning notes and the appeal to get it lifted.

Denied.
MPs are bound by Marine Law as rules. You could have easily sent a message to CentCom or even Ahelped if you felt there were rule violations by the CMP.
