What do you think is the job of a Commander?

I believe the job of the Commander is to come up with a plan based on the load out of each squad to decide which one is best for FOB duty scouting and the like. While also his job to edit plans as the op goes on to better assist with the changes that inevitably pop up while also dealing with the drama that is sure to happen on board the Almayer.

If a member of your staff is disobeying orders, how would you handle it?

I would contact the MP's and State that the member of my staff is disobeying my orders and have said Staff member arrested. Second Time in the same round would earn a BE.

Why should you be whitelisted?
The reason I should be whitelisted is that I am rather good at rp when i take on RP positions in the game. I try to make sure that not only myself but everyone that i play with has a good time. I Tend to enjoy being able to interact with everyone instead of always trying to run and gun everything in sight.

Good experience with you when you do play, except it is usually marine roles.
Don't exactly recognize your character.
You have been on for a long time.
You are a donor.
You did not give much information showing you know the BE, MP power, etc. (as in, you sayd I do know that, I also know that, oh, and I know that. A lot of those question are there to see if you can explain the right way to do things).

I do not think you are ready for Commander yet, and will be looking for you as XO more and other leadership roles. 1-

P.S. Post here explaining what you would do, and show you really do know what to do. I would gladly give you a chance if you did this.

While I know you as the previous Headmin TR, Your parting wasn't really on good terms given your predator fiasco makes me skeptical.

I would give yourself time to reintegrate into the community via the forums and building up a good name for yourself before trying to get on whitelists as we have a completely rotated playerbase with alot of new faces.

Nothing personal, and I haven't seen you around really so I can't judge your character, but I would really like to see some elaborated anwsers besides simple yes/no on a lot of those questions.

Those questions look like yes or no questions to me. If they were asking for more info behind it then the question should be shifted a bit to be more clear on that matter. It's asking if I understand that as a commander I'm not above marine law. Yes as a player who ran as an mp 90% of the time I was on staff. Same for the BE question. And my leaving staff wasn't part of my punishment. That was for other reasons which was I really didn't have the time due to life issues.

Ok so since people wish for me to post a bit more about BE. So here it is. BE may be used on anyone that the co feels is a threat to the mission without any procedures or warnings. However, if the person that would be the target of said BE gets arrested by or had already been arrested can not be the target of a BE unless it is not possible to follow normal execution procedures.

I have seen you around actually quite a bit recently, even last night I put you in command and it was interesting..... to say the least. But we all have bad rounds, your RP is good as was your commands, the only thing I can say is you need to improve your situational awareness, the fact you didnt even know one squad didnt deploy was concerning, Im leaning towards a plus one but I wish to see you in command at least a few more times over the course of the week.
