Do you understand that any player - even donors or staff members - can have their whitelist status revoked should they break our Server Rules or Roleplay Guidelines?
I understand the above statement completely.
Do you understand how the Battlefield Execution functions?
Having witnessed many BEs from several COs, I understand that it is only to be used when a standard execution is not possible, meaning that if the MPs are capable of handling the execution properly, it is not to be done.
Do you understand you are not above Marine law, or allowed to enforce it yourself?
I understand this completely, it is left strictly to the MPs to enforce.
What do you think is the job of a Commander?
I believe that a Commander has an OOC responsibility to keep the game running ICly, and either make the round fun for the marine players, and to keep things interesting. ICly, they have a responsibility of keeping the well-oiled machine that is the marine corps (given it isn't typically well oiled) running, and to be a reliable beacon of inspiration and authority. The Commander is also responsible for maintaining relations between his corps and any other body, being the loudest and brightest representative The Corps has on the vessel. Most importantly, their job is to make sure the mission gets completed, less the marines suffer a defeat.
If a member of your staff is disobeying orders, how would you handle it?
If a member of member of my staff were disobeying my orders, I would first personally confront them, giving them a chance to following the orders I had given them. If they continually refuse to follow my orders I would order the MPs to arrest the staff in question on the grounds of Insubordination and Conduct Unbecoming of An Officer. If they return and continue the behavior after their sentence, I would demand they be permabrigged, and leaving it at that. I would dare not consider a BE, I've heard too many horror stories with BEs.
Why should you be whitelisted?
I feel like I have been pretty active ingame, and have developed a decent reputation at this state. I know my forum post count isn't low, but I'm making an effort to contribute more to it. I am very active on the discord and love to contribute to it whenever I can. On my previous characters, I always played as CMP and as Bridge Staff, I feel comfortable in the fact that I have a good grasp on all the logistical mechanics that are implemented in the game.
