While I can not form an excuse for breaking the rules, I can express why I did so.
My ban was given for posting two messages over the Command Announcement system during the 2017 Halloween purge event, the two messages were NSFW "Erotic" Copypastas that I deemed to be funny at the time. both using explicit language that evidently went too far. At the time the majority of the server was messing around in a ZERO RP environment, it was in this Chaos that I decided it would be a good laugh if I shared some words with the crew, the first message being about one's love for Pizza while the second was from a Trans-Apache Helicopter expressing his dreams. While you could rightfully see both of those as Erotic Roleplay, I differ in the sense that the context they were used was not malicious nor sexual but in a humorous manner, at least to me. Both of these messages, at their worst, used nuanced expressions instead of full on descriptive erotic writing that I suspected might get me banned. I have been playing on CM for a fair amount of time and have never wished to disturb the community, and before my ban I was very active as I loved the content of the game and the interactions between players, and would love to return knowing for sure what is and isn't right to say.

The ERP ban has no notes because it was apparently directly applied to perma ban from the purge event, but it's there.

We have a strict policy about anything ERP related. We stated many times that ERP would be a permaban. We'll check the logs but don't get your hopes set too high.

The only ERP permas we've been dropping lately are WGW, and even then it's on a case-by-case basis. I wouldn't get your hopes up essentially. Especially since we blatantly said more than once that ERP was not gonna be allowed during the purge event.

I understand and have no problem following these rules to the letter, and I'm sorry if what I posted disturbed anyone. I just want to continue playing on a server that I love. At that rate I'd like to also argue that the materials I posted are far more tame than WGW.

After my ban from CM I've mostly stopped playing BYOND all together, let alone Spacestation. The accounts belong to Real life friends who I told to make, using the same machine that I've used, to introduce them to Spacestation 13, namely the Colonial Marine server which I figured would be the better place to experience SS13 as a new player. Evidently the ban unfortunately spread from my account to theirs, stopping them from playing.

I don't believe so, like I said I had been introducing them to Spacestation since sometime in late October, and tried to play with them in the following weeks.

To reiterate, I sorely miss CM's gameplay and playerbase and would love to return. I am not one to actively go out of my way to grief other player's rounds nor exploit mechanics. I only restate this because it's been Two Weeks since the last post in an appeal made Six Weeks ago with few replies.

I remember this one. Copypasta trash is stated as stuff you shouldn't be posting under any circumstances. Due to the fact it was the Halloween events and some time ago, the longer appeal length, I'd be willing to let you go on probation. I'll get Apop to make a final statement regarding this.
