Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): In my previous appeal I requested my command ban be taken away, in the end I got SO and MP which while giving me a chance to prove myself, i still wanted a few more bans gone. I haven't had many chances to play recently, being interrupted by life, but today I had a really great game as the only SO on the Almayer, running the show until the XO arrived. This made me wish I had access to more roles so I could have more fun as I feel most at home in a command role. The suiciding days that made me get this ban are long gone so I hope I can get them removed.

As WO, arrested another MP for Neglect of Duty instead of AHelping it, broke protocol by tazing a survivor before telling them their charges, arresting them for "False Arrest", then left them buckle-cuffed (I couldn't find an order saying to un-buckle them, and they remained that way). When spoken to, they said they realized where they went wrong. Heavily warned and recommended to spend more time as MP before going WO. by x on Tue, September 5th of 2017

Warned for attacking an MP because they came to arrest their friend. Quoted as saying "To be honest I just did it because everyone else was." by x on Tue, September 5th of 2017

You can only appeal one ban at a time, I'd guess you might have to choose between the medical or the command jobban. What are the jobs you want to play the most?

No new notes since your last appeal, that's good. On the other hand, it's only been ~22 days.

We mean we usually don't lift a whole section like Command at once, more-so when you don't have the best history with getting job bans. You'd need to pick something like MP/SO or PO/MP. You got banned from Command, lifted, and then banned again, correct?

I only got staff officer and MP lifted, not the entire command ban, i have never been re banned after getting it lifted.

I'd suggest you wait a full month pass between trying to get more of a ban lifted, though because it got accepted there's no < 30-time limit you have to follow, and you're close enough anyway. Being the Command ban you have has eight total bans, I'd be fine with letting you have XO/PO/CL, as I don't want both you and me going through eight different appeals to get this ban lifted over eight months. PO/CL are both roles tied mostly to themselves, which means you don't need much of a background in different roles to be good at them. I'd be up for letting you try for XO as take it you've been playing SO often? Obviously, don't do anything stupid as XO and get yourself in trouble. After we see how this goes, we can talk about the department bans of RO/CE/CMO/CMP. Also, I'm sure I said it before, but just ahelp if you have to leave and can't make it to cyro.

We'll lift XO/PO/CL for now. Don't get any bad notes and practice playing in the ship-side departments and we'll talk about lifting the ban on department heads. You can make the next appeal in 30 days from today.
