This is the first appeal for this position.

This position was part of a command role ban, due to my past incident with having people ahelp while I was squad leader. Further details are IC in OOC and a general "shitter" attitude. To the point where other players had to ahelp about the situation. My explanation and perspective on this were, that due to interactions with me in-game and my generalized thought process. I am kind of a shitter... I know, but although that can't justify my actions, I'm aware of my actions and are therefore prepared for the causality out of it. Now, in-game explanation, I was the squad leader and we were assigned to FOB duty, but my SO did... or I wasn't aware that we were supposed to push out the impeding xeno force. It is my fault if I was given this order, and not fulfilling it. "I am who I am"... now if only I knew latin..
