Description of the incident: Sadly the log disappeared because hearing the aliens + deadchat rolls the chatlog really quickly and I don't take screenshots instantly, but I reached my limits. This character keeps being a dick to anyone and everyone, every single round, calling everyone fucks or, when she is feeling creative, incompetent fucks, regardless what they do. If she doesn't agree with your methods, she will go out of her way to almost to the point of griefing until you do what she wants. (This happened in Medbay back in December.) This has been an issue for months ever since I started playing CM (maybe october?), every time I saw her on any channels she is just using her character to vent her anger at everyone. She now started to play CMO, a role that should keep Medbay together, not discouraging doctors to make them perform even worse. Check the medical chat log around 06:04, where we all, again, instantly became incompetent fucks because we didn't reply instantly to her majesty. This is one case, probably not enough to warrant a punishment but I have better things to do than to spy on her and collect every single dickish move she makes. I just hope the staff will keep an eye on her because she, at least for me, constantly ruins the rounds. There is a level of standard rudeness of CM because we are all tough guys shooting at aliens, but she goes way overboard.

How you would punish the accused: Warn her OOC to reel it back. One time it got really bad with her, I asked her kindly in LOOC to calm down (and I did so today too because I sure don't want to play a game where my "superior" calls me names every 5 minutes - probably rulebreaking, I apologize), because she was reaching the level of toxicity I haven't even seen in online games before. She threw a fit at me in LOOC in response, she didn't even consider her behaviour might be problematic. I thought she changed the past few months, that's why I tried to ask her again. She said it's an IC issue. I doubt that. I really don't wish for a ban or a mute or anything. Just someone who she listens to, please tell her that her attitude is really, really not okay.

This round is still active, so you won't be getting logs for another couple hours at least. Round ended ~7:30am CST 4th of March.

But I'd like to say this is entirely an IC issue. Yes, my character is abusive. Shit happens. And I'm sorry if I'm upsetting you out of character with my in character behaviour. But that's the game. Different characters act in different ways.

Also, I'd hardly call saying "IC issue is IC, if you have an issue make a report" as "having a fit."

I believe this has now been resolved privately between myself and Miraviel through discord PMs. Obviously await her instruction before resolving this report, but I think we've reached a comfortable agreement.

I apologize for making the report too soon.

Having a character who has a certain kind of attitude and being plain dick to everyone every single round is different. I'm here to enjoy the game, not to get told off every round I play with you for every little thing. I believe we have Rule #1 to prevent this kind of clashes.

"Having a fit" was not meant for this round. I misworded it.

If Urytion meant what he told me through Discord PM and not what he wrote here, then yes it is resolved now.

Character witness. Used to main Doctor and CMO a long time back. Had a few run ins with the character. As CMO, they barked orders, were blunt, but was also a competent doctor. They also spent the time to make a NICE lounge for us out of the storage room, after moving out the med-vendors for easier access.

As a doctor, player is confrontational, but knows their shit. They do well at their job. They add that much needed spice to a round.

I see no issue on how this character operates.

I still get laughs when I remember how much my character used to fuck with her by smoking while doing surgeries. She never did like people smoking in medbay, but I always seemed to have a infinite amount of Cigars to her. She once threatened to stick one of my cancer sticks in my eye if I operated on another patient while ashing my cigar all over them. Fun times, and many laughs.

Character witness. Whenever I've interacted with Tracee they've done nothing but add to the round, and it seems they play a no bullshit personality type, while, at least in my experience, showing a soft side every once in a while.

Now as CMO she is in charge of medbay, so she does have the right to be bossy, and I don't think playing a IC dick counts as breaking the don't be a dick rule, as she isn't lubing medbay or demanding you don't cut out larva, ect.

I was a PO on CAS/Medevac duty that round.

I heard some minor bossy yelling over comms once I think. We both needed to yell at and explain to a bald Researcher he didn't work for W-Y and was in fact a USCM contract employee.
In my view a CMO being a big ol meanie is alright so long as they RP it in some way that isn't just an autistic screamer and still let everyone do their job as well as doing their own.
Nothing about medbay seemed dysfunctional that round. I brought them wounded, I'd make another trip, the wounded would already be in a surgery room or be healed up and gone. I forget how the round went but in the end Medbay was not a weak point on the marine team.

I don't feel like I know either of the players well but from the looks of things this is probably not a big deal in the end.
