Description of the incident: So, I not want say what happened before CIC incident, but okay, let me start. That's strange situation in the CIC with WO (Hiedi) and his strange reaction on the pushing. WO was inside astronavigation center when I tried wield vents in the Astronav, WO pushed me out of astronav, after few seconds I eneble my HELP intent, but Red had HARM intent (You know what happend with Help-Harm intern = still pushing). After that he stanned me by stunbaton and put handcuffs on me.
Momentally I tried run away from that WO, because he did arrest me without reason. He thought that I was trying to block him inside the astronavigation, but first, I had no acces to Astronavigation (I was Delta Engineer), second I didn't want to do that. In addition, CL tried to help me, he defended me and tried to remove the handcuffs, but the WO stunned him and me after I tried to escape. Well, after that he charged the stun-slugs and started shooting at me and at the CL. Few times he slugged me and the CL too, after one of marines unhandcutted me and I'd grab my tactical shotgun for send one shell. I didn't want kill him, just calm him down. Sad, he stunned me, put handcutts on and charged 7 shells in my body. I died momentally.

At the time I said attempted murder which is wrong, and I also didn't give him a chance for last words.

I was witness to a majority of what took place. I however did not witness the incident of the astronav. During my investigation Spooky Said that they believed that ReDikAl.ZiP was attempting to lock them into astro nav, How ever. I do believe the execution was do to the fact that ReDikAl.ZiP shot the CMP with a lethal weapon. the Marine law is Assault with a deadly weapon : to enact physical force against someone with a lethal weapon, such as a sidearm, blade, or rifle. Max punishment would normally be Perma. At the time I was the CO and I was Dead by this point. So It technically would be a unauthorized Execution, As well as they failed to give the prisoner their last words.

Also, After Spooky executed ReDikAl.ZiP another marine Shot Spooky to death. Due to my investigation into the rest of the incident i was unable to catch the name of the one who killed spooky. I asked about it in Msay and others said to just wait until the player report so That will also need to be looked into.

About 15-20 minutes before this ReDikAl.ZiP's character was brigged after coming up for surgery and IC complained about my character being a fault for him losing his mortar that was on the ground, so IC I had reason to believe that he might attempt some sort of revenge against me. At the time IC I believed he was trying to shut me out of CIC after the shuttle had crashed.
The benny hill style chase around CIC was perhaps not my greatest moment as an MP though. I switched from using stunbaton to beanbag rounds as the risk of tazing people setting up defences was too high with the tazer as opposed to the hitscan of the beanbags, there were only 3 people who attempted to interfere with the arrest, first an SL, then a PFC, then the CL. Apart from them there was I think one other person who got accidentally stunned, an SO I believe.

I executed for the stated IC reason of attempted murder, which is wrong as attempted murder should be assault with a deadly weapon which doesn't merit execution, and that a charge of murder requires approval of the aCO for execution. On reflection his actions possibly merited a charge of Terrorism which would have justified execution, but I did not state that IC at the time or follow the procedure of giving him his last words.

After that I was killed by a pilot.

That's nothing about mortar, I was no angry about you arrested me when I /was/ operated. Thing, you arrested me first... was a radio. I had command radio plus MP channel, I tried ask about charlie SL, after you said turn off your MP channel. I did so. In the battle I tried find tac binos for mortar. After ravager did cut off my hand , I came to medbay for new arm. But, doctor didn't end operation and I lost alot of blood (you saw that), I think you arrested me on the half of operation.
In the IC I did shot you once for calm down your strange arrest. But you just "BE"d me. And I repeat, I had nothing bad with your first arrest, doctor didnt end operation.
Thats all.

So, you said... revenge? *sigh* man, I'm not that dude who wants kill CMP for uncomfortable arrest in the surgery. I'm not griefer.

This looks like it's essentially resolved. Redikal claims the execution was a fuck up, and Spooky has come in and admitted that the execution was a fuck up.

As for punishment, Spooky has no prior history of anything like this and is in here saying "Hey, sorry I fucked this up, guys." And personally I know Spooky would never maliciously ruin someone's round. I'd say this doesn't need to go past a warning.

About punishment, maybe just little warning, I'm not want jbanned him as CMP, maybe.
