I really don't like the fact that you didn't even bother to write a new appeal, but alright. You got no new notes since the last appeal, so I think I can support this.

Eh, I did not feel it was needed to re-do my appeal, since everything that could be said was in the previous appeal.

It's not the worst thing you could have done and you've put some time into it, along with no recent notes, I'll approve it to be lifted. Don't break the rules and follow ground deployment procedures on the rules next time. Researcher ban lifted.
