Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc):Alright this isn't a half ass appeal but more around an apology with an appeal.

I can tell you for a fact, that I was a toxic character ICly, But OOCly I was very respectful to all staffs and players as simply my character doesn't define me.

What I did on this CM server by playing such a racist character archetype was horrible and something that I shouldn't have done. The chinglish I portrayed wrung wrong with many and I apologize to all that didn't agree with my acts, and for the depiction.
I don't have much more to add then I apologize for my atrocious foolish actions, I beg for another chance so I could play a game that I genuinely enjoyed.

You can expect optimal behavior and no more offensive acts, I've had a very long time to think about my actions and played on other servers growing and changing.

I ask once again, may I be allowed redemption?

I cannot really say anything about you ICly since I was busy when you were around, but OOCly you acted like an asshole in mchat and you said a lot of weird shit like "having the cure for diabetes" and "having a lab". I don't think you can come back until you fix that attitude OOCly. If you can get another server to vouch for your changed behavior, then I can probably support your appeal, but as of right now, as a witness to what you said OOCly, I cant support you. Sorry.

You're not exactly a person I want to see return, you caused a fair amount of issue and the caricature was fairly terrible at times. You also pretty much dug yourself into the hole of a permaban through mchat iirc, so I don't know if you're quite ready to return now and not cause similar issues.

It's been well a long time, I have other byond games to vouch for me if that is possible, but other servers I'm not sure I don't play them too much.

Like I said, I am a good person out of character, I just made a poor decision of playing a poor character choice.

Also my iirc chat was not bad at all, I was just attacked constantly by other players though, and to add I responded with respect to them, I'm not a belligerent or argumentative person.

You caused A LOT of shit back when you played. Your note history reads like a list of what not to do and you were shown plenty of leniency. Every time things didn't go your way you threw tantrums and made the round more difficult for other players. The apology is appreciated but insufficient in my view.

Can Yogstation staff vouch that you haven't been causing trouble over there?

Everything I saw in every round we were both in it seemed to see something shitty. Be it lowRP or something super meta without fail every time I saw the name Aoi Bell it just screamed shitter.

With enough proof from other servers that you aren't a shitter anymore you might get a chance from the others later, but I'm simply not intrested. For me Aoi Bell types are the reason perma bans are permante.

I for one had good experiences with the character, but I've also seen you FF so hard the person you hit couldn't be revived, all because you wanted to dual wield BFA SMGs. Now that's not malicious itself, but it sounds like you did that kind of stuff way too often, so if you can show you've changed I'd gladly have you back, but if no one can vouch for you I'd give it at least another month or 2

Once you had to interact with others, I can't recall a single time you weren't anything other than belligerent. Between not listening to squad lead orders, constantly trying to force the rest of us to powergame and straight up resorting to trash talking, you made each round unpleasant to where I was sighing with relief when you didn't end up in the same squad as me. Before you were banned, you were routinely causing a problem in almost every round, often at the requisition line where not once, but thrice I can remember you held up the RO line for more then 5 minutes, meaning nobody had a chance to get their shit.

Not to mention your caricature of a Japanese man was abhorently racist.

You came off as a Hippie player that didn't realize they were in CM, and made rounds with you in them not fun. CM is, and has been better since jackenapes like you are gone.

If I shot people because they pissed me off I would of been banned long ago, and I didn't know I were a legend.

And having two guns wasn't me being power gamey, I just preferred that as my play style.

To add that I do'nt go around FFing people, Bullets don't go were their supposed to and marines love running in front of me while I'm using burst fire.

I usually always shout distastefully "BANZAI!" And something around get out the way before I go full ballistic, people just can't read text while they are shooting, wither logs are congested or too in dept on the on screen action.

I played hippie once and It's not my tea, also Aoi is North Korean; Japanese immigrant (Though that's not important) He wasn't much of a racist character than his bad accent he had no real stereotypes, but it was offensive I have to say and I have to apologize deeply for that.

My belligerent behavior was just a reflection of how people treated my ICly, people constantly said racist remarks and all and I ICly reacted back though since I was sort of the spotlight of the attention their insults and their attacks against me didn't get greatly noted.

People use to bait me by saying things like. "Were two nukes not enough?!" and denying anything I requested, but in your defense I basically was asking for this type of treatment with the character I was playing.

Though I have to say there are many hidden pleasant times I had interacting with people ICly like the survivor video someone uploaded of me on youtube.

Thanks for the support but, people get FF'd every round, my FF was no higher than any standard marine's. I don't shoot my allys on purpose, they hate communicating with each other and running and gunning.

It's pretty much a well known meme by now.

I won't play horrible characters anymore, I learned from my mistakes, I've come willing to ask for another chance. I am saying everything about Aoi was bad there are no justifications.

I want you to put me on a heavy watch, restrict my gameplay to Xeno or a mouse for a whole month, do all you can. I'll literally work back up to a respectable normal status before I can play on the server and you have the god damn right to do this to me for what I have done to the server.

If you get probation do realize it will be extremely strict and I along with other staff will be watching you like a hawk. As being a witness of your character from life until ban i'm not a fan of you returning unless you can prove that you have changed by playing on other stations first.

If I'm going to be honest, I don't want Aoi ever coming back to the server. He was a TERRIBLE player that we gave numerous chances to change, and he swore he would every time, just to have him fuck up time after time. He has shown before he has no regard for our rules and doesn't care about players around him.

He used an IC gimmic that was annoying to justify being a total piece of shit player. I don't think he deserves to come back here unless he has several staff members from other servers to vouch for him that he has become a better player and has become a good RPer. And if he is accepted, I want all your old characters dead never to be brought back again as they were the major source and the backing for your actions.
