Are you now or have you been banned on any servers? Which ones?: I have never had more than a few hours ban on this server once for EORG.

Reason for ban (If you have a Permaban, it should be the EXACT MESSAGE YOU GET WHEN YOU LOGIN with the Error code that looks like this: X##XXX##. If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned): I was banned for SSDing without going to Cryo or A-Helping first.

Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I was not aware of this ban until informed by NGGJamie about the ban in place. Although I am one hundred percent aware of the round that had the ban deployed on. I sometimes have connection difficulties on SS13, not limited to this Server, whilst I am usually quite able to reconnect in a timely manner I was unable to do so this time, due to the fact that my internet had actually died. Once I was able to get back on for a few minutes, I tried to log back into the server but was having connection difficulties still. At this time I joined the discord to try to inform someone about the issue, and told Freemysoul that I had gotten DCed and was unlikely to get back on. If at all possible I would like for the ban to be lifted. I always try to cryo if I am knowingly having difficulties with connection, however, sometimes I am incapable of doing so due to having no way to get back onto the server.

[Edit]: Whilst I would love to promise that this wont happen again. I cannot, due to the nature of the connection issues. Anytime I am aware of increasing lag or unusually latency spikes I try to get to cryo or ahelp in case I do in fact disconnect

As the one who got the command ban placed when I found you SSD in CIC during the round in which it was placed. I found it confusing and checked the logs to see you had randomly gone SSD without warning.

I do feel it was a bit excessive when I rethink on the situation you were put in as you had been ignored by command staff for an hour and a half while SSD. As well as the situation was stable with a commander leading and a full CIC command staff.

Overall I support this appeal and the command ban being removed and do apologize for being a bit excessive when it wasn’t needed.

You were doing your job. I am sorry that I DCed during the round. I had tried a few times to get back on during the round three times but could not get Byond to work with me.

From memory the CIC was fully staffed, however, that should not weigh into a ban being placed. You did what you believed was right. This is an appeal to hopefully get it lifted.

Thanks Vitor. I did try to get on to let someone know and told Free, but the discord was quite full and it probably got drowned by everyone speaking. I do always try to get in contact with Admins before I DC or when I get back immediately.

Random disconnects happen to everyone, I'm sure this will be lifted. You'll want to drop a warning in the discord #staff-help channel if this happens again. Just tell us your key/name and job and if you think you'll be back and in how long.

Can confirm, Overlord did attempt to contact me and I told him I would give him 30 minutes to get into the round or I would cryo his body, However, I had to leave due to work and forgot to tell the moderators that Overlord had lost connection.
