You're not really improving in your behavior, at some point you would think to stop and read the server rules but you haven't seem to have done so. No real reason to lift the job ban, you haven't really displayed you wouldn't be a problem in them so far.

For since that time I began to understand better, I have read the rules in more detail, and I am doing my best to reduce my mistakes,I can guarantee that the error will not be repeated again.

For now, this is going to be denied. That said, if you can go 30 days without getting any really bad notes or bans, we may get one ban you want lifted. Not saying you need to be perfect, but show us that you are a least getting better over time. Resolved - denied.
