Hello! I am exercising my right to appeal this permanent Bann once again, it's been a month since my
last review and this would be my third attempt.

I would like to rejoin The community. I've been banned for poor behaviour, I Had a lot of
chances given to me by admins and I broke the rules time and time again, Meta gaming, re-logging in and ICKY OCK OOC talk.

I deeply regret my actions to the fullest extent. since my ban was issued and I had Time to reflect and mature more as a player and play more cooperative with other players, I would like to come back to this wonderful community again. I ask Apophis and feweh to forgive me for my past actions and lift this Permma ban, thanks!

You've failed to include some of your previous appeals for this ban, you must place each one that is in regards to this ban. You also broke probation rather terribly which is your one chance after a permaban to prove you aren't terrible, so there doesn't seem to be any reason for this to be lifted to me.

I wasn't aware I had to linkallof my previous appeals, it didn't state that in the Forum Rules stated above. I've just placed the most recent appeals in.

I am trying to follow the correct appeal procedure, so please forgive me if I Fuck up.

I did break my probation, which was my second chance and I understand you would be more than hesitant to appeal my ban due to my past behavior.

We don't need a list of ever appeal you ever did, just the ones that are related to the case at hand. That said, you do want to stick all of the ones related to you being perma-banned. Also, why are you appealing again after we told you that failing your probation meant that your ban wasn't going to be liftable?

I keep on appealing because, I had a lot in fun in the past and there's no other server and "Alien" community quite like it. I enjoyed playing in it and had a lot of fun times with other players and I want to exist in it once more.

all I can do is make my case, try and demonstrate I am a more mature player now that i haven been given ample time to think and ponder about my actions and appeal the PermaBan and hope that it is undone.

You had your chance for a probation period and you failed it. Maybe a bit further in the future, I'd be willing to give you another chance, but you still had one and blew it. Apop's call in the end, maybe he'll be willing to make the exception for you but that's not my call right now.

your criticism is fair, I was given a second chance and I failed to keep myself in check and proceeded to throw away my last opportunity due to lack of forethought and self discipline. I treated the server like my own sand box and broke the rules of fair game play. eg Picking up spec weapons as standard or speaking Russian for bad Rp.

I liked to believe that I am a lot more cautious person by playing on other servers and maturing with time, as I said before i'd liked to show you that I have changed as a person by future actions in-game if given the opportunity.

You can appeal to Apop for specifically for a second probation period, but you're not going to be able to appeal under the normal conditions of most people. That's the only way you're gonna have a chance to play the server again. (I don't mean directly PM Apop, I mean your appeal is going to need to be based around this.)

You broke probation once. Sorry, but we typically don't lift from that without a VERY good reason.

The whole point of probation is you promising to follow the rules for a short time exactly to not get the permaban back.
Basically:
Fool us once, shame on you. Fool us twice, shame on us.

I really doubt we'll be lifting this.
