Shouldn't be too much issue with lifting this with no recent notes, but you need to go the hypersleep pods before leaving the game or ahelp if you have to leave and can't do that for future reference.

Follow the SSD protocols in the future. Either go to Cryo or Ahelp that you can't make it to cryo so you don't get in trouble like this. Resolved - Specialist job-ban lifted.
