I appeal because I am guilty of being toxic with moderator, I am sorry for spitting out on you salt...
Still I am not sorry for punching Charlie SL and shooting Ryker, they were both awful, first CASed a lot of marines, 2nd kept disarming me when I have stopped the fight.
That's all, I couldn't make screenshots because I have turned off Byond before I wrote this to you.

You literally just got banned for something that you personally caused instead of taking the 3 hour ban and living with it. I personally don't think this should be lifted. Best just wait it out.

I have seen the guys ¨Ban¨ thread, and was the first post on it(Or maybe the second). I can verify that he was incredibly toxic and pretty rude. Not sure if this helps or not, but that is what I saw and received from the thread.

If you think your fun is more important than the server rules or how the staff handles an issue, then you won't be allowed in it any longer.
The fact that you were being argumentative then and now as well means you've just been more trouble than you could be worth so far.
This is an issue you caused yourself by making a salt post and have pretty much shown yourself as the type of person we don't want here.
If you aren't getting anything worse than what's currently applied you need to take a week off to unfuck yourself, and read the server rules and roleplay guidelines.
You're pretty much just another offense away from being permanently removed from here.

Seems that seven days aren't going to be enough for you, maybe a perma. I think you are aware that your appeal is going to be denied at this point. This is a medium RP server, you can't just "play insane" and insult staff. Saying that you aren't sorry for breaking the rules really won't help you.

I was there and saw both the post and ingame discussion.
If you want this appeal you are going at it 100% wrong in my opinion.
So far I have not seen any respect for the rules, other players or staff. And without that, I am not comfortable with this being lifted.
I also cannot shake the feeling that the only reason why you say you feel sorry is that you got punished.
Feel free to try and convince me otherwise.

Hi! I was Charlie SL, Lydia. Let me tell you my point of view.

The xenos were retreating to caves, so I was pointing at the cave entrance. When I started lazing that specific dot there were no marines in it. I told the PO to send a small hail of fire, and he shot a bit to keep the xenos at bay (nobody hit there). That's when I hear the screech. We had been flanked through west, and the queen comes in blazing, passing through us and retreating into the dot. See, here's the thing: the PO had a Laser Detector System. That means he could see the dot like a camera. I had told him to await for the order to fire again, but he saw the queen running in so he fired. Those things have a 3-second delay or so, so he probably missed the marines charging after her. That's how you got hit.

The only thing I could have done to prevent your demise was not to laze at all, but that kind of goes against the job. And I was lazing where no marine was. You kind of ran into the dot.

Unless you were hit by a different dot, there were two people lazing at the time. Could also be it. But then I had nothing to do with it and ate a free punch.

It's a bit frustrating to get hate like that when you don't feel it's deserved. These things are usually handled by command and MPs, I've seen SLs and officers getting arrested and even executed for CAS and OBs that hit marines instead of the enemy. It was not precisely this case, but still.

I really hope you tone down your aggression and return a better player. Good luck on the appeal.

You seem to enjoy expressing your desire to shoot people on the forums, you also are wearing the number of times you have been banned as some sort of, badge of honour?

From the limited amount ive interacted with you, its been toxic and downright rude.

EDIT: Even if you somehow manage to not get perma banned, your chances of ever getting predator are basically ZERO

I was going to say this is just denied and give you one last chance but something tells me that will change literally nothing. Expect an update on what's going to happen with a perma ban soon. This is still denied, though.

Update: Perma will be withheld from this event. Next future problem will result in one, however.
