This man gets it. However, you gotta remember when you're on I C E to put protein bars in your helmet instead of a lighter and cigs just for that extra snack later.

the Chicken meal has 10 nutriment inside of them. the rest have 8. (tofu has 2)

This makes the protein bar the most efficient nutriment/size AND only takes two bites.

But I only eat the packaged burritos because I play doctor all day erryday

Chicken seems to be the least depressing of all of the MRE options. Other than that, go for the Hot Foods vendor, grab a burger and an EAT bar. That's the way to go.

I always aim for an EAT bar for my helmet over a protein bar. They seem marginally less offensive.

Something like 6 protein bars and another one with you. Time and size efficient.

Otherwise, pizza meal is also big in terms of nutrition.

Then there's pork, chicken, pasta and cornbread.


And then there's Tofu. No one likes tofu.

Tofu is great. The devs don't like it, but I love it. Will always enjoy one when I have the time.

Honestly that is pretty decent logic. The biggest flaw I perceive with the cornbread is that it's stale, so probably dry as fuck. You really need something to mop up with it, or at least a big water bottle and a lot of willingness to be chewing dust.

Pizzas, you can never go wrong with pizzas. But i also pack Protein bars every now and then.
