Are you now or have you been banned on any servers? Which ones? I got perma banned in 2011 from goonstation for being a stupid kid and making bad forum posts and then admin helping after the admins abused me by making my character extremely drunk and brain damaged and calling me a noob.

Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): My name was Simba "Ugandan" Knuc'kels and i was asked to change it next round and i procceded to change my last name the next round to Simba "Ugandan" Kiguno. I changed my name and the host banned me anyways

EDIT: Also, a BOATLOAD of people reported you as an incompetent XO and we got at least 2 complaints about it, so I also gave you a full command job-ban (To match your already existing partial command ban and 2 pages of notes)
