Are you now or have you been banned on any servers? Which ones? I've been banned a few times back on my first days at SS13 from the Spanish servers due to my lack of experience playing on SS13, I think I released some gas once or such.

Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I think I have exactly three issues here at CM and two of them are completely stupid, in my opinion.

First I got warned due "ERP" because I was mocking another Charlie marine who asked for a squad change, telling them to 'have a nice gangbang at Bravo' when they were leaving the squad. I don't see the 'Erotic Roleplay' at all here, I mean, okay 'gangbang' is sex related, but I think the context was appropiated and harmless.

Then, on a few rounds later I joined as larva by error. A big mistake, I never play as a xeno myself. Thing is, I thought it could be fun to use the emote to say 'sucks sum milk from his Queen tiddy' yeah, I can't complaint about this warning/2days bann, I mean, not for the 'ERP' thing (I can't say it's ERP, for real) but yeah, it was kinda troll to do so... Sorry.

But then, the third time that got me this ban was about telling my SL to 'eat my ass', I mean. Get me to the MP's for disrespecting an officer or something, why's that an Adult Themed Conversation? I've seen a big bunch of people yelling things like 'fuck off' 'fuck yourself' 'go eat a dick', I mean, that kind of insults. I may be quite vanilla when it comes to swear and insult in english but, again, I don't see the ERP here.

With this, I ain't trying to defend my acts if they were wrong. I'm just trying to give my side of the story, if you guys consider my acts that way, I can't do anything but asking for forgiveness and not repeating it ever again. Cheers.

I think your main problem is doing a lot of things that toe the line (and go way over, in number 2) in a very short period of time.

You were warned twice about your behavior, and then just continued to do it.

I can't defend my second warning, it was completely my fault and I was okay with the admin that banned me when it came to proceed, but, honestly. How can I guess if 'eat my ass' is an Adult Themed phrase if per example, 'fuck yourself' isnt, or maybe it is but I don't think so because it seems to be one of the most common insults I've ever seen at CM. I mean, I got the rules, ERP it's not appropiate for a server with a playerbase of underage people. I got it, and I don't need to break this rule, it's not like I'm a fan of that kind of roleplay (not at all).

Man, you guys can check my game logs and such, I always keep a nice roleplay when playing at CM. I mean, no memes, realistic behavior. And, even If I know it doesn't count at all, I may be one of the few players with less FF behind their back.

Of course I understand that, I mean, it all happened at the same week or really close to that period of time. But it's not like I did it to annoy anyone or to, I don't know, to purposely break 'em rules.

You showed that you're not willing to improve or actually change after being told the rules numerous times. That's not even counting the fact you were banned the majority of those four days. This is not going to be lifted this time and if you really do want to rejoin the server, you're going to have to have ample good-will from another server.

I understand, man, but it's not like I was all 'fuck your rules I'm going to keep with this' or 'I was not aware of your rules', more like misunderstand the rules. Like, come on, ERP it's about erotic roleplay, after the gangbang incident I thought it related to sexual or erotic related vocabulary, like blowjob, gangbang and such.

If the ban is not going to get lifted, thing that saddens me quite a lot I guess I can try with that 'good-will from another server', but I don't really understand how's that possible.

I understand it may just be more vulgar humor, but due to the fact we are still a game with people legally under 18, it can be a fuzzy area, which is why I said some can be seen as just crude jokes. That said, you still have an undeniable case of ERP in your note history when. They were also pretty much back-to-back. Under a normal case, I may give you the benefit of the doubt but when you managed to get in trouble that fast, and with your second note, I don't think I can say it's safe to support you.

Seriously, it is NOT THAT HARD to not use sexual content, ESPECIALLY if you've been warned. If I was you, I'd not say anything ANYWHERE NEAR sexually aligned ever again on CM, if you got unbanned.

Which might one day be in the future, because I'm denying this for now.
