"Just some additional info i wanted to leave here. After the enlistment tests, i made some questions regarding the subject's health. From what i've been told, they have a sedentary lifestyle. The subject drinks frequently, and i fear this might eventually affect their health. Just a heads-up If they show any unusual activity health-wise in the future."
Mental Status:
This particular crew-member barely passed the psychological test for enlistment. The subject has a history of several reported sleep paralysis in the last 10 years. Multiple traces of PTSD, and a guilt complex related to
her sister's death. A severe case of depression was observed, and, after the exams, the subject was also diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder.
When off-duty, She was observed to spend most of her time in her home, in library's and Bars.
