Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc):I just want to apologize for beeing a terrible doctor and for jumped into cryo and DC'd.
This is what happened in more detailled : I took a patient with a lot of surgery needed After the 2 scan as i was preparing to fix mystake i made in the first surgery session;
I forgot to turn the tank on so when i have start oppening him on the head ; he get really badly so i turn the tank on and i continue the surgery procedure of the manual;
I take the Circular Saw and i expect it to opened is skull not to cut is head. Apparently when not on tank the surgery do not apply so it become an amputation not fix-bones
Can you tell me the procedure when you totaly fail at you job?(i log out because i was ashamed and i cryo because sleeper are a plague) Can you maybe add a note to the ban so it does not look like i just cut a man head for fun. it was a mistake.
If i don't have any answer i thing i am going to stay to doing autopsy it's safer for the marines. Sorry for the terrible english.

Alright, so I'm the one who placed the ban, as above.
Generally, 24 hour and less bans don't really get lifted, as they take more than 24 hours to process.

But anyways, to the topic at hand, the guy who's head you sawed off notified us, and in the time it took me to come look, I saw you'd gone to cryo. I tried to PM you, and you'd already DC'd, so after some short deliberation we'd decided to give you the 24 hours, for the reason stated and all.

In the future, just try to let us know "I goofed" and own up to it, for things like this, and we'll fix it, no punishments or anything.
As for adding a clarification note, that shouldn't really be necessary, as this note really won't matter, as long as it doesn't happen again.

PS: Give the guide to surgery a look, as some of the surgeries got changed recently, which is probably why this happened at all.

Make sure to use ahelps if you need them and read over the surgery guide. Resolved - Time ban lifted early (note remains).
