I had been banned from paradice for minor grief, ban was appealed sucsessfully.

At the time, I had come from RP servers, where custom ID changing was normal. I had not fully realised the issues with atempting to do so on this codebase. I would like to be unbanned so I can get an oportunity to develop command skills at a higher level. The CO ban is now defunct due to their being a whitelist. I wish to be able to XO, to work with comanders or to fill the roll during the quiet times I tend to be online.

The main issue with this is you were told IC and I'm assuming from the note, OOC too, ignoring staff telling you to stop doing things is a serious issue and your appeal seems to make no mention of you understanding this.

In regards to not following prompts, both IC and OOC, I was being stupid. This was a while ago and I have grown more capable of changing my behaviour when an issue arrises.
I belive the rational in my head at the time was that it was an IC complaint at first, which was more a matter of RP arguing than deliberatly damaging. I failed to understand what was being asked of me quickly, hence the job ban.
I am asking for the oportunity to show myself as responceable enough to carry out what is asked of me. In the last 3 or so months I have begun playing on CM reguarly again, and do not belive I have had any complaints raised in this time.

Obviously, don't do this in the future. I can't speak for 2016, but that's literally a textbook example of a rule not to break. We'll lift Commander as well, due to the fact it's now a whitelist role. Resolved - XO/CO job-ban lifted.
