Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): As can be seen above I have appealed quite a few time so hopefully this one will be successful. I'm not going to do the usual thing of saying that its been a while since the ban so I should get back on because the reason I think I should be let back into the server is just because I really don't want to get in just to grief. I just want to play the server to have fun and not make other peoples times horrible. I truly do think I've changed from when all I did on the server was grief. It could even be fair if I had to do a probation type thing where I could only play as the standard soldier. But the point is the only reason i'm appealing is so I can back into the server to have fun, not grief.

So you've got the "DO NOT LIFT" tag on ya, still. Have you been trying to play on any servers in-between appeals?

What you did was some pretty malicious griefing. And you managed to rack up a permaban in basically only three days, which is almost unprecedented. You have a poor history with other servers as well. That said, Its been more than a year since you were banned from our server. And I think that is enough time for someone to change their ways. And I do believe in second chances. I would support the lifting of this ban with the understanding that we would place you under the strictest possible probation. One strike and you are out. Over the simplest violation. I mean it, if you were to join with a joke name, you would be out. I would expect you to know and follow the server rules better than I do. And you would have to understand that should you break any rule during the probation period in anyway shape or form, that's it. There are no third chances. If you can agree to that condition, I can agree to support your appeal.

I'm gonna go take a much firmer stance on this. While I believe in second chances, I don't just hand it out of pity. If you want back in, get some server vouches. If you can hold a good record in other servers, then you are welcome to be on probation. But if they all turn up with negative history, you can consider your appeal denied.

Yes, I realize my status on paradise is pretty horrible. However with this server I don’t think someone like me would appeal for over a year just to grief and get banned forever. I think the fact that I’m still appealing for the ban at least shows that all I want is to be able to play the server by the rules again

We are getting to the double digits with your appeals now. Even if we did lift your appeal, you know that even the tiniest note would likely enough for your permaban to come back down on you and you would be on probation for quite some time you know?

Yes, I understand how severe the probation would be. And that the next ban won’t get lifted at all probably

It's not really that you'll try to get yourself banned again, but some players manage to constantly get in trouble, even if they aren't directly trying to cause problems. We don't want to just lift bans for people to cause problems and get banned three days later.

you mean like people who just generally don’t know the rules of the game mode ?

I don't know if they're aware of the rules or not, but some players seem unable to stay out of trouble, even if they don't mean to or actively don't care. This may be the boat you're in, where Paradise says that you seem unable to not cause problems. While you may not try to break rules, it's been shown that you do get yourself into trouble on servers more than just ours. We don't want to have to lift a perma and watch over someone 24/7 to keep them following basic rules.

I'm down for letting 1234brendan have another chance to play on our server. You were perm banned quite a long time ago, I see no problem with you back on the server, and if you do fuck up again, it's quite easy to ban again.

Give the lad a second chance, but also a very strict probation.

I say give him a second chance, as it has been 2 years and he only really got 4 really bad notes in a row. I believe people can change their attitude after a while and not just be the same bad person forever. Probation length I have no idea.

Let them have a single chance with a strict probation. It's been long enough, they seem to want to come back on, but at the slightest turn of wrong behavior, then that's it. Perhaps 6 months of probation, or some such?
