Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc):I have been banned one week because i have C4'd myself in the prep room at the begin of the game while i had all the materials on me, i got a one week ban and after the week passed i started have a permanent Job-ban that is appeal only, and i have stopped playing for some time because things in real life started to get more tough on me so i kinda stopped for some time playing CM anymore. In my opinion i find the jobban on all the jobs rather absurd honestly, as i was a new player as well and i kinda had no idea about that you can't suicide but i think it shouldn't have been taken that far. As every bored player that's stupid i have decided to make an new account which is this one, Nyoz because of the job-bans so i did kinda evaded the ban which i am guilty of, because of all the jobbans and the improper way it was handled, along with not knowing the process of appealing I decided to just create a new ckey, which I know is against the rules but as a new player I didnt really think it would be a huge problem. In the end I admitted to Aceluke about the ban evading and my new ckey, which is why this appeal even started. Honestly, i don't want to be banned permanently and i do regret all my decisions which prove to be all really bad in the end, i am an active player and i really love this community and i do want to continue playing this game as i met really nice people and getting perma banned on it would be a really huge regret of mine.

I was the one who handled this as well as placed the bans. I was talking to them about how to best appeal their CL jobban when they told me about their second account being jobbanned from everything in January. The situation looks rather bad and due to that, I assisted them in making this appeal.

It's up to Apop to decide if this becomes a perma but I informed them to appeal as quickly as possible as they did admit the rule break to me where they had not been caught previously and might not have if they didn't want to appeal the CL jobban and the topic came up where I had to take action.

As a squad marine, used a flamer on another marine who was stealing alcohol from a booze dispenser. Nyoz did this because he had been ordered to bring the dispenser to command on the Almayer, and he had already told them to stop multiple times. I warned him that this was an overescalation, and told him to be more reasonable in the future. | Sun, February 25th of 2018

A survivor lead the XO to suspect WeYu involvement and have the CMP detain the CL for questioning. While I do agree with you in that you should not have had every "special" role banned at once, I also believe that you broke server rules in a big way by multi-keying and evading. I am of the opinion that this ban needs to stick on you for a while.

First off I can understand your point of view on this, since it's as you said one of the rather serious offenses.

As I've stated before above i do really regret the foolish decision I took on creating another account. Though because I really wanted to get this sorted out is why I contacted Aceluke about it, so it wouldn't cause any trouble in the future, because I intend on sticking with this community as an active player if I'm given the chance.

That aside, I find it actually kind of strange that you were banned from so many jobs for a single offense, I would've just stuck with the roles that used C4.
And from what i'm hearing you came clean to a moderator about the whole multikeying thing so that's a good step in the right direction.
I'm actually pretty okay with giving them another shot if not now, In another month or so. Best of luck on the appeal.

This is denied for the time being. Multikey/Ban evade are still pretty big rules and you never informed anyone about the accounts prior to being banned. Let it sit for now and we'll consider lifting it next time. You're free to appeal this in the future.
