"Erm, this thing on? I guess it is? Alright... this isn't awkward at all, I swear, but whatever the higher ups want. They've been kinda keen on picking on us colonists lately, but given the trouble with the CLF, I guess I can't blame them. By the way, bunch of idiots is what they are. Guess I'll just talk about myself, though. That's what they want, and I don't have many secrets to hide.
So, about me? I'm no one special. Just a girl from the Davos Colony, KOI-736.01 as it's 'official' designation. My mother, she did a lot of stay at home work, raised me and my older brother. My father was a fisherman, worked on a vessel with other people. But, all in all it was a simple childhood. I got in trouble, a lot. I was kinda well known for not being someone who wasn't the most obedient of sorts. But I grew to like fishing at least. Had I not joined the Colonial Marines, probably would have followed after my father. Both my folks were Arab in origin, and they kept to their faith from Earth. Wasn't really something I took after though. Religion isn't my strong suit.
Anywho, like I said, I was a problem child. As I got older, I got into plenty of trouble with the law as well. Think most of the Marshalls knew me by name, heh. Still, managed to get through school, become a young adult who desired for freedom from where they were. Sure that's a common story. We had a recruiter on Davos, and at first he didn't seem too keen on it given my long history with the law. But, I'm convincing, and in the end I got what I wanted: off that planet. Of course, first stop was Earth. Parris Island. And man, did I get the whipping into shape that I think I needed. Would never want to do boot camp again, but, it helped me get my life straight. Funny enough, the Marines was probably the best thing that could have happened to me. It's helped give me a lot of prespective, a lot of focus. Drive. That sort of fluffy stuff that sounds good, but most people probably think is a bunch of bullshit, you know? Afterwards, I first got assigned mostly to patrolling the core systems. And got my training in being a corpsman and field medic. Maybe I'll keep following that path when I get out? Iunno.
But, now I'm assigned to the 2nd Company of the 4th Battalion "Falling Falcons" aboard the USS Almayer. Fine enough ship. The crew can be a bit, you know, crazy. But it keeps things interesting, and I've met a lot of interesting fellow marines and civvies.
...Alright, that's enough of this shit. How do I turn this thing of-

Best Friends:
Verena 'Whimsy' Knox - "When I can understand her, she's an amazing woman to be around. A good gearhead as well, fixes shit like it's nothing. Still owes me money from that card game, though."
Lydia 'Synth' Tournier - "No matter where I find her, she's always helpful, never shy about leading from the front and risking herself for the sake of others. God knows how many times she's probably saved my own ass and I didn't even know it. Complains about my smoking a lot though."
Friends:
Elena 'Tofu' Mei - "A great medic who I've served alongside multiple times. She's good to work with, and knows how to handle herself in the field. If you need help, she's always good to go to."
Alan Jones - "This man is quite fun to be around, and a good LT who knows when to be serious, and when to enjoy life. He's a bit of a prankster though. Be careful if he gives you any Souto."
Leon "Ghost" Daemon - "Hoo hah, my friend. Hoo hah."
Neutral:
Heinz 'Wulfe' Meuller - "I'll follow his orders, and I've no doubt he's a good leader. But I plan to stay as far away from him and that mateba as much as I can."
