Born in San Diego, California the night before the new year, Jayne was abandoned at the hospital upon birth.
She was placed in an orphanage and had lived there for her entire childhood and adolescence.
She was not a social child, rarely speaking or playing with the other orphans there. Most times keeping to herself.
Often she would be one staring out the window and watching any animals that happend to come within view.
When she was 8 years old the caretakers had noticed Jayne playing more with the other children.
This was unusual and thus they checked out this newfound sociability within Jayne.
A caretaker had noticed that Jayne was playing doctor with the other children, the others often coming to her when sick.
This became a habit, with Jayne taking a 'mothers' role within her age group of the children at the orphanage.
Beyond this point Jayne continued with no other major changes until her time of entering high school education.
During which, an altercation between Jayne and a female and male classmate resulted in her hospitalization.
Jayne made a mostly full recovery, as discovered when she received her psychological evaluation upon enlistment.*1
Following having a full on fist fight with the male student, Jayne was forcibly expelled from the school.
Later having been accepted into a school for more trouble students, Jayne resided there with no further issues.
Midway through her second year of high school, Jayne took her interest as the 'mother' of the orphanage a step further.
She started working with school officials to get herself into medical schooling for pre-med.
Through diligent studying and with assistance of connections with the school, Jayne was accepted at an advance school.
There, she studied and learned anatomy, physiology, biology, chemistry and various other medical fields.
Improvement was quick and well earned. Jayne finished her medical courses before having graduated her high school.
Jayne graduated with no issues and went on to work as a virologist for a successful company on their space station.
She worked there for 2 years until her contract was completed and she returned to earth.
Upon return she found that her old orphanage she used to reside in, had been burned down by an orphan who had lived there.
Devastated by this, Jayne quickly found herself a residency at the Scripps Mercy Hospital and started immediately.
Using money from her residency to help the ejected orphans and to rebuild it Jayne worked hard for the next 2 years.
Due to currently unknown reasons, Jayne had taken to a life of crime, later found having been cleared from the public.*2
After the clearing of her record, Jayne had abandoned her residency and came to the USCM and enlisted herself.
And this is where she resides currently.

Upon investigation for information in regards to Jayne's family, there has been found, Jayne's parents, and a single sister.
Her Father, Michael Ray Staymates, was a lawyer for Sunrise Law Firm. He was born the date of July 4th, 2120. Went to Old Harvard University for a doctorates in Law. He worked with Sunrise Law Firm as a secretary until he became a lawyer himself. He had met who would become his wife and Jayne's Mother: Peggy Anne Thorne.
She whom was born March 17th 2123. She had went to Old Harvard University for her PHD in Medicine. This is where the two of them had met. They were married the date of October 1st, 2145. They had lived in a small 2 room house until 2159. When they had bore their first child, Cheryl Noble Staymates. The three continued living there up to June 19th 2163. Where as Michael was shot and killed in a bank robbery the two of them were caught in. Leaving a widowed and pregnant Peggy bearing Jayne. Distraught with the death of her husband and a child to take care of and another on the way, she had sold the house she lived in and moved to San Diego. Initial Recruitment:
During Personnel Investigation Aug.9-Nov.29:
Within the first few days of solitary confinement Jayne had kept her usual blunt and truthful attitude towards the investigative personnel. This continued for a exactly 37 days upon which on September 16th she had ceased her normal activities. She had begun to stop fighting when she could and just stayed in her cell in silence, preferring to work out.
A determined break in personality due to restraint and force of change of pace, common for this situation.
Although as this continued to October 22nd, Jayne had stopped all resisting entirely. She hung on her words and moved in a very limp and drawn-out way. She didn't do her usual work out and instead just laid in her bed. She refused to even get up to get her food, resulting in personnel having to deliver it to her bed instead of just to the door. The only times she left her bed was to use the toilet and when she was taken for the investigation. She was given a health examination to ensure she was healthy, in which she still was. Although her eyes were always to the floor and didn't seem to be as bright and lively as they normally were.Upon the completion of her investigation she seemed opposite of her normal personality.
A systematic break in all habits and removal from her life-saving work seems to have forced a depressive state of mind onto Jayne. She seems to be pulling from her time in the orphanage when she was acting the part of the doctor and has been shaken to the core for her inability to help her fellow marines and thus make her believe she is actively letting her fellow marines die upon her own volition.
Results: Moderate-Severe Depression.

Jayne showed a great deal of fear when asked of her residency. The thought of losing a patient and imaging said patient to be one of her fellow orphans weighed heavily on her.

| I had attempted to end the current session to go have lunch and to continue the next day, Jayne had inquired me as to what food I'd be eating. An immediate change in attitude and mood. This sharp change manifested multiple times during her evaluations. I continued that day's session with Jayne during lunch. In which Jayne ate a large meal mostly consisting of pastries and protein health foods. All throughout this lunch she had attempted to flirt with me. Oddly this was the only time she had attempted to flirt with me throughout all our interations. |

Who were your parents?
Did you have any siblings?I never knew my parents, they left me at the hospital when I was born.
What got you interested in becoming a doctor?If I did I don't know who they are.
What caused the altercation that hospitalized you when you were 14?Well I got sick as shit when I was about 6 so I didn't want others to feel like that way, especially as a kid.
Could you explain what brought you to commit all those crimes you did when you were 20?Jayne is visibly blushing. It's a stupid story. Okay see, in high school, I met this girl Elaine. Thought she was a real damn cutie.
But the issue there was I was just coming to terms being bisexual so I felt kinda disgusted with myself.
Anyways so Elaine had a crush on one of the guys on the football team. I was pretty fit at the time.
So I thought that if I kicked his ass and told him if he went near her I'd do it again.
Well, that didn't work out well when I told him I was gonna kick his ass after school and talk to him.
He kinda brought a couple of his pals and they beat the ever living shit out of me. Stupid story but I'm fond of it.
How were you able to get all of your criminal charges cleared from the public?Audible sigh from Jayne. Okay, so when I got back to Earth, I learned the orphanage was burned down by one of my fellow orphans see.
So I got the information from a city official of who all was an orphan with me at the time. Figured out who did it.
So I learn hes dealing drugs and had got kicked out for that after I left for my virologist job.
I go about the city, dealing drugs and stealing shit. Get a reputation among the damn scum of the city.
After a few weeks of this shit, constantly committing crimes I try to get into some contacts with his pals.
It works, 'Oh damn look its that white hair bitch that's been fucking shit up the past week.' So I get in real easy.
Get into the group, start stalking their asses and doing some other work with a few to get some guns.
This goes on for a few months and I find out where that fucking cunt was hiding.
I find the guy, casually walk in, he doesn't recognize me...but I recognize him. That fucking bastard.
I play it nice and friendly, see if I could crash at his hole for the night, few others there so it wasn't unusual.
I go find some mattress and crash, wait and pretend I'm asleep till night. His mistake letting me in.
So it's about 1 am and I decide its time. Get up and pull off my backpack that's filled with some torture tools.
Basically some adrenaline from the hospital, some surgical tools and a big bottle of salt and vinegar mixture I made.
I go in, bind his ass with some rope and quickly gag him. I start removing his epi-skin I mean. I go about and remove it all.
I stop to inject some adrenaline so he can't go into shock and go unconscious. No, that'd be too nice to him.
Once this fuckers flayed completely I pour my salt and vinegar over him and toss his ass around the room.
I kick him around and give him small incisions in his muscle tissue. Mmm those gagged screams still turn me on to this day.
Once I've used up all my adrenaline I had I simply set the fucker on fire and walked out with a smile.
And for our last formal question, what was your reason for enlisting with the USCM?Ah hah, well that was really easy see! During my time working as a virologist I had met some nice people.
One of which had some serious say in parts of the government. I kinda pulled a favor and he got it cleared.
All it took was a single day and poof. Like nothing ever happened.
As for a more informal question that's becoming more popular recently, have you anything to say about your field gear?Oh well, some might find it abit childish but uh. After committing all those crimes and getting them cleared.I thought that I should 'punish' myself for it. So I went and enlisted with the USCM. Thought it'd teach me some structure and it'd be good for me so I did it.

To begin, can you please state the reason in which we are investigating you Jayne?
Could you please explain, in detail, the situation that resulted in this internal investigation?So rigid in how these interviews must be done eh? Well you're investigating me for supposed misuse of medical supplies. Supposed being the keyword here.
So you say you used the medical supplies in a proper way?Goodness what a waste of time, but since I'm being forced to. Okay, we had a deployment going on, fighting some CLF. The usual shit ya know? So I had to resupply from the Almayer and had gone back up on the dropship. Heading over to the Medbay I had noticed two people going on in a fist fight. I call for the MP's, and of course they were too busy jerking each other off or were no where to be found. So I go over and try to break it up by getting between it all and get them some distance. That didn't work and they kept moving through the hangar to a storage room. Since no MP response I just did what a normal person would do, I pull out my anesthetic injectors and pop a shot on each of them. Stopped the fight immediately, got them to calm down and the shit wore off almost immediately.
Apparently some guy saw this happened and thought some bad shit was going on. So I went to the medbay got my shit, and the guy who I can only assume saw the shit came up to me, pulled out his gun talking some mad shit. What am I gonna do? Am I gonna pull my gun and start a fight to defend myself? Fuck that, I'm above murder, so I stick him with an anesthetic injector and the man goes down. I walk away saying nothing cause fuck instigating that shit anymore. So as I'm waiting for the dropship to return to load us down back onto the planet the fucker comes by and fucking shoots me in the back killing me! Luckily the fucking crowd nearby had called a doc and revived me. So you'd think that he'd be arrested for murder right? Naw I get arrested for 'assault' with medical supplies and High Command thinks I'm the criminal. Fuck that shit.
But you did in fact use the supplies in a way other than what they were intended for, did you not.Absolutely, It doesn't harm them and is a peaceful way of stopping shit. I mean take the MP's taser for example. It incapacitates someone so there's no more harm being done. I did the same thing pretty much.

Well I'd have to start with Verena 'Whimsy' Knox. First friend I made upon enlistment and I'm damn glad of it. Very good girl she is.
Friendly, hardworking and a funny woman. Great engineer with solid work. Someone I can faithfully trust my life with in a heartbeat.
Don't know how people fail to understand what she's saying when she speaks.
Speaking of Germans, Hans Meier is a damn fine friend. Met him during one extended and horrific operation.
Same squad as me and we saved each others lives multiple times. Good work as a medic and marine. I'd trust my life with this man, very dependable.

Met Nicole May during the same shitty operation I did with Hans. Met her half way through and she saved my ass a couple times.
Great marine to get a job done without fail. Someone I can trust that'll go charging in and come back out with a few trophies and a smile.
Then theres Jackson 'Stiggs' Hopper. A nice man who's always made operations go by easier.
Strong, dependable marine who I enjoy being around. Always glad to have him around.
He might be allowed to join me cracking open a cold one If he's not as cold as the beer.
Also another good marine, Adan 'Diggs' Howard. Always a joker playing around with hijinks that lighten up the mood of the operation.
I enjoy working with him anytime, and welcome him with open arms, even if he may prank me sometimes heh.
Recently I've met this lass named Phi 'Makaria' Rathens. A good woman and a good medic.
Dependable and someone who I can trust to take a wounded marine and NOT OD them on QC the instant I look away.
Oh and her hairs wonderful too.
So apparently this german giant was deployed with me for some reason, hmmmm. Well Heinz 'Wulfe' Mueller seems to be what I like to call a poppa bear.
Big and menacing from afar but actually a giant, pussy softie up close, hah. He's a nice, and trustworthy guy I can count on.
Good man, besides smelling of bratwurst all the time.
So I think I somehow attract the deutsche as I keep finding myself friends with them. Reinhard Shriver is a good medic and competent SL.
Gladly will walk through a snow storm with. Plenty of times where he's been the one pulling my ass out of hairy situations.
I met Ellie Weaver through an unbefitting way. She found my body half dead in the field and pulled my ass back and saved me, like ten times that operation.
I think she's my fuckin' guardian angel.
