∎ Reason for ban:
• Neglected their duty as a PO to rescue a random marine that they believed was arrested unjustly and rescued them from the ship all the way to the colony. Already has a poor note history.

∎ Appeal:

I've not much to say, what "exgame" wrote few months ago is nearly totally correct;
I indeed did Neglect my duty, but I did not rescue them, but that was my objective and when attempting to do so, someone called the "Alamo" while I was aiding the marine even if I was no one to enforce anything, I should've just reported that to a superior, anyway while I was attempting to rescue him, the "Alamo" got called on the Almayer and I, indeed did abandon/neglect my duty.

Nothing else to say other than what I did was unjustified and I was in the wrong, I had no intention to harm anyone's game if I indeed did,
I'm just sorry for what I did, I'd just like to enjoy again the Pilot Officer role, I had great times playing it cause lot of new players attempted to play it and it felt fullfilling helping them.

I became a nugget*, wanted to roleplay as a guy in a wheelchair, but I found out the hard way around that you're permanently in pain crit with nearly no limbs, but me and the researcher that did the surgery had ton of fun then I got a nice pair of metal limbs plus had ton of fun roleplaying the "event".

*nugget: having no limbs except the head the torso plus the arms or legs depends on the choice.

You really haven't played since april, you seemed to be causing a fair amount of issue consistently before that date as well.

Most of the stuff I indeed did, wasn't anything serious and 8 of my most recent notes (2018) were all mistakes by my side, cause I got pm'ed my actions did not have any impact on the match whatsoever;
Only 3 notes are really relevant as far as my opinion goes, the Low-RP ones but I'll still list most of them and explain them as far as I can but that's just my opinion,even if I'm not the one that has to judge my own behaviour...

• The pistol one was a mistake, even if I got told once I died and ahelped that I should'nt even be joking about that even if the pistol was indeed unloaded;

• The turret one was also one of my first times as Engineer, cause I saw other Engineers doing so in the past I tried to do the same, then found out the hard way around that it wasn't allowed;

• The one about the Argentinian Politician, I've never heard of him also cause I'm not Argentinian;

• The one with Cards, was clearly Low-RP.

• The one in which I choose to become a nugget was me thinking that it would've been a great idea but it turned out to be a not so good.

• Moved bodies onto the LZ to be crushed, i thought it would've been cool did not know it was against the rules, but then I moved the bodies away.

• Warned for uneccessarily spamming faxes to HC, causing huge log spamming, I didn't mean to.

Waaaaaay too many notes, you should know better by now. I'd say see you in a month if you manage to be active and not get anymore rulebreaking related notes.

• I'll do my best to be active and not break any rules then, if that's the final verdict- even thought I would've loved to be a Pilot Officer again, it felt cool to ship an entire herd of baldies marines and to Roleplay with them, I'll post another Appeal in a month or so if that's it.

Your notes span across 3 years, I tend to see the older ones invalid/expired.

However the amount of notes you have this year is pretty unacceptable, especially for the reasons you were noted.

You really need to sort your act out bud, youre better than this.

I'd lean towards lifting this only because it has been a bit, but, and I'm going to be really blunt, you're RP is fucking atrocious. Seriously, a nugget? That also violates our roleplay guidelines:

All MARINES are able-bodied. All Humans assigned to the Almayer are of sound mind . There are no crippled marines on round-start, and none of the ships crew have any mental issues that would cause them to act crazy or unreasonable at round-start.

If I had been the one dealing with you and has seen the your notes up until that point, you would have, guaranteed, been banned instead of a warning. You got off ridiculously light with that one. Understand that no matter the final outcome of this appeal, you need some serious, long time work on your RP or you will likely be facing more than just jobbans in the future.

Right, you have one shot to prove yourself here. Any serious RP break at this point is putting yourself at risk of getting a perma. Resolved - PO job-ban lifted, no more warnings for LRP at this point.
