As a department head, you don't need additional authorization from the XO or CO to deploy someone planetside. You only need authorization from one or the other, not both. Please don't drag out the process by attempting to do so. Thank you.

Psssssst. Just go order the extra surgery kit from the Req computer and pick it up from the door. Then head planet side with some meds and the anesthetics. No ones going to stop you until it's too late.

Besides for the fact that that’s currently breaking OOC rules as heading planet side without authorization is indeed currently an OOC issue, the MPs can also brig you for neglect of duty. So please don’t try it.
