- Excerpt from USCM Officer and NCO training manual regarding anti-CLF operation-
*The next two steps do not have a specific order but for less casualties it is recommended do them in order of one to two*
- 1 -
Assuming they are available and cleared for use, have a OB placed at optimal position to suppress and destroy enemy defenses.
Have OB fired at appropriate offset.
Alternatively, though lacking in subtlety and shock, mortars and close air support are just as effective.
- 2 -
1. Suppress the enemy fortifications with explosives, holy cleansing fire and gunfire.
2. Push up, take cover where possible. Attempt taking the initial enemy line of defenses. Let the cannon fodder take point to absorb stray bullets from friendlies and hostiles.
3. Due to the cowardly and weak nature of the enemy you can from here have marines overrun the enemy through sheer force of arms. If this doesn't work don't worry. According to reliable sources, 84.3% of the time the CLF medical facilities are able to be fired upon via : rifles, Orbital Bombardment, Close air support.
4. After clearing out resisting CLF and any resisting CLF wounded direct the marines to clear out any hiding CLF.
Make sure to attempt to capture CLF leaders.
5. Upon successful operation have the marines begin cleanup operations
