Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I was in Requisitions as Chief Engineer getting attachments for the firing range as it was an uneventful day on the Almayer, while arranging what I needed one of the Requisitions staff, Nadia Luna, I think her names was, asked me to repair the Requisitions computer, she said marines had been watching porn on the computer and the fans were clogged up. From here I went too far into full roleplay mode and I allowed my self to forget about the rules and went terribly hard into the situation at hand. I didn't intend on causing discomfort or breaking any rules. What happened was shameful and I am genuinely ashamed... if I may be allowed to keep serving on the USS Almayer once my timed ban is beyond I won't allow such an incident to happen again.

Getting a ban lifted for slight 18+ sexual content is hard, but what you did is not slight in the slightest.

How can we beileve that you won't do something like this again?

Colonial Marines is one of the few games and community's I still play and interact with on a day-to-day basis and as such, I am significantly invested into the community and would never intentionally harm any persons experience on Colonial Marines. What happened was an inexcusable but isolated case.

I am not asking for my timed ban to be lifted as I perpetrated the crime and as such I will achieve the time. The staff member who banned me made it very clear he was going to pursue a course that would lead to me getting permanently banned. I might have misunderstood exactly his intent, but this is what I understood from our short conversation. I feel the answer to your final question was answered in my response to awan, but while saying that, if you require a more detailed answer I would be happy to provide one.

I agree with second chances, even though this is a very serious ban reason, I'd be for an unban as long as you understand if you're banned again for the same thing you're gonna have a very hard time getting it appealed.

This is denied. The ban is going to stay but a perma won't be applied for this. Anything remotely close to breaking this rule again will result in a perma so I suggest you make sure to prove you're not going to be causing any problems in the future. You're getting off lucky so don't blow it.
