Not sure, don't really play on any other servers besides Yog atm, but I do know Harcourt is banned on some.

Griefer, went planetside and shot up several marines.

I was a shitler, I am not now. I want a chance to play again. I got banned when I was new to ss13, and am interested and looking at other servers. Plus, I really don't like having this ban. Bothers me to know that I fucked up beyond remorse that badly. I am currently a moderator on Yogstation 13, if that helps.

Banned from Captain for 4320 minutes - Carrying around traitor gear as the captain. Ordering a Nullcrate as the captain. He simply forgot about the traitor gear and ordered a nullcrate to mess around with it on centcomm(He did only order 1). However, this is still unacceptable. 3 day jobban.

As non-antag miner, shot another miner multiple times for taking loot from the abandoned crate. Has a history of bad behaviour as a miner. Warned about this, and the complaints people have had, that although are not technically always rule breaking, are ruining peoples experience. On thin ice regarding poor behaviour as a miner, ban if they continue to overescalate or cause problems.

Banned from pAI, posibrain, drone, deathsquad, lavaland, xenobio for 20160 minutes - Completely invalidly murdered on the shuttle as an ashwalker, spamming the RCD spacing about >10 people, tried to destroy more floors and walls before getting disarmed. Broke the only rule ashwalkers have, to have SOME intention to return to your base,which he clearly had none by being on the shuttle and by spacing multiple people. Appeal on the forums if you want.

Played HoP security all round. Overall powergame and overstepping boundaries. Warned not to repeat this kind of behavior, and seemed completely apathetic in ticket. Use your discretion, but I think a jobban in the future would be well deserved. Lengthy because this seems to be a reoccuring issue.

This has been a very long ban, even with the fact it was grief I don't believe a second chance is too much to ask for, grief is typically easy to notice and if caught during a probational period just means you get banned again.

I am sorry. When I did this I was new to the game and didn't realize how much fun it could be. Instead of trying to RP, I just did stupid gimmicks and got banned for it. That was a long time ago, and I can tell you that I regret what I did and I want a second chance.

To summarize, it looks like the first time you appealed, you got caught lying about not being banned on yog and the appeal was instantly denied. In the second appeal, you ended up never responding, so the appeal was closed.

Despite that, I do believe people can change, and it certainly sounds like you've changed if you've earned the trust of a popular server enough to be a moderator for them. More importantly, this shows a greater dedication to the rules which should carry over into playing on CM. I think it would be fine to give you another shot.

If you do successfully appeal this, make sure you re-read the rules before playing, as they've changed a fair amount over the past year
