Do you understand that any player - even donors or staff members - can have their whitelist status revoked should they break our Server Rules or Roleplay Guidelines?
Yep, I understand that whitelisted people, server staff and donors are not above the Server Rules and must follow them as they are still players.
Do you understand how the Battlefield Execution functions?
Yes, I understand how BE functions. In my opinion, this is a tool which can only be used if a player is a direct threat to the success of an operation and only if other tools are unavailable or wouldn't provide the same effect. Perfect examples of the reasons for BE are: OBing the entire squad/FOB; Leading a Mutiny.
We are all here to receive some fun, after all. So you also must keep in mind that taking a player from the round is a huge responsibility. You can't just go around BEing people because you dislike them.
Do you understand you are not above Marine law, or allowed to enforce it yourself?
Yes. Marine Law can only be enforced by the Military Police. No one else can do this unless it was ahelped and approved by Server Staff. The only thing a Commander can do about this is asking the MPs to arrest a person(if there is a reason for it).
What do you think is the job of a Commander?
The Commander is outranking everyone else, so their job is to create a plan for the marines, manage the CIC and all other Almayer departments (not literally, but at least watch them) and add more good roleplay. Commander also can deploy with marines to give a morale boost and make people stronger with "Issue Order" ability(If XO is competent enough to lead the operation by himself).
If a member of your staff is disobeying orders, how would you handle it?
First of all, I will ask him again to ensure that it was insubordinaton, not a lack of understanding/communication. There are two variants: 1)That was insubordination: I'll just handle this to MPs if those actions caused any harm to the mission. (BE is also an option, but only if actions of that person led to the fault of the mission/he directly questions my authority and insults me in front of the entire CIC staff, which also can be considered as a threat to the mission. 2)That wasn't insubordination: I'll just ask that person to be more attentive.
Why should you be whitelisted?
I believe I can become competent CO, able to RP on level high enough to entertain other players and make their round experience more unique.
