Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I realize that my own OOC attitude as well as my IC attitude were the reasons I got banned. OOC? I'm sorry, I promise, if and when I'm unbanned, that I will keep the OOC anger and rudeness to a minimum, if not stop it entirely. Though this won't be genuine and I will actually follow through with what I told a member of the staff at one point that I would give "Fake kindness" to not be banned. These being my real thoughts and opinions but toned down to be appropriate. As for IC attitude: I'm not apologizing. Yumi is a massive bitch, this is one of her traits. She's a rude, hateful, person. And she'll stay that way. I'll just have her comply with MPs now and not try to kill or attack them over shit like I did before. I promise. As for LOOC, I won't attack new people for being complete retards who don't read the fucking lore and act like they know what they're doing or just winging it. I'll just LOOC link the wiki, then ignore them IC unless necessary. I have HIGH suspicions that I was banned for my thread where I pretty much outright said Yumi would never change. If so, wow, petty.
And don't think if this one gets rejected I'll just never appeal again. The appeals will continue every once in a while.

Though, it absolutely validates the ban more than gives us any reason to consider against it.

Being a witness to many of Mercerer's IC and LOOC interactions with other players, which is arguably more-so just him spewing insults repeatedly over the littlest thing that he doesn't approve of, I can without a doubt say that within the 3+ years that I've been here he has been one of the most toxic players I've ever had the displeasure of seeing on this server. I'm all for seeing someone be given a second chance, or at the very least a probationary period, in order to prove that they've actually reconciled their behavior; but with Mercerer, not taking the absolute laughable attempt at making an appeal into consideration, I can only see him lasting a round or maybe two at most before his blatant anger issues come out again and he's banned for the very same reasons that got him removed from the server in the first place. This is honestly someone I legitimately feel that both our community and SS13's community as a whole is better off not having.

This dude needs a hug. It would probably do him a lot of good.

I think you were given a fair warning 2 days before the incident in question that lead to your ban. Even when the admin asked you about the incident in question you from the get go gave him a pretty toxic attitude.

You're probably the most toxic player I've ever encountered in game or on the forums. Nobody wants you here. Literally rule 1 of the server is to not be a dick, and you can't even do that.

Yumi isn't an asshole, you are. That's not roleplay.

Having encountered this chap in game on various unpleasant occasions, I strongly urge against this ban being lifted. I've never witnessed him doing anything but spewing vitriol and trying to ruin the game for others. He's the archetype of rumoured toxic playerbase of SS13. For the sake of anyone who would have to encounter him otherwise I implore the moderation team to keep this ban in place.
